Despite Arias pleading to just come back with her you knew it would be better to see Thanatos first that is if at all. Finding out your daughter or sister in law works in a crime syndicate that aids in assassination isn't quite reassuring to a mob family with trust issues.

We decided to drop Aria off in the capital so that by the time she had gotten word to the rest of the family you'd be on your way to the states.

"I'm just saying that we should go back together after all I'm sure even if they knew about everything you'd be fine" This conversation had been going in circles for awhile. "Go where??" You had forgotten that lucius only thought that you were going on a trip.

"Aunty Aria is going to back home for now and me and you are going to go see someone special after we settle down" just the mention of someone special made his eyes light up as he went back to being in his own imagination.

You felt lucky your son was very well behaved in everything. He was never to rambunctious and freaky with many things very calmly. Not to say that didn't come with some concerns.

Whenever he saw someone hurt he would feel bad which was understandable but if he hurt anything or anyone like a bug for example he didn't think to much of it. He was confused on how him doing anything could hurt someone.

Luckily it hasn't been a problem for him.

We had arrived in the capital and had gotten Arias things out of the car. "I'll call once you two are out of sight" Aria was sad weed have to say goodbye after so many years but knew it was unavoidable. "Bye bye auntie miss you" lucius was already hugging her goodbye .

After goodbyes were said you were finally on your way back to him. Some part of you under all the worry felt ecstatic to see him again.

"How hard is it to find one damn woman is everyone so incompetent that they can't do much as catch a clue" everyone I've hired even the most prestigious Intel gatherers have come up empty handed.

For all I know she's dead somewhere , but until I see her corpse myself I'm wait to go to the afterlife.

I wasn't opposed to sending these halfwit goons to the afterlife either maybe they would be more useful that way.

My office felt darker, the house felt emptier, everything was so grey without my light. There was no way in hell id give up on finding my beloved. But the dead bodies piling up rapidly are driving me insane.

Once I find her I better get answers she better not even think about getting away.

As I was deep In thought I heard my door slam open. "Boss!" It was no other than my right-hand man "I didn't kill anyone-" "that's not it, you'll never believe it" what could this idiot possibly be on about. "It's your sister" what could that possibly mean "what about violetta?" "No not her it's Aria, apparently she called your family saying she was back in italy in the capital completely unharmed"

Standing up immediately I knew what I needed to do right now only Aria knew where she was.

"Get the jet ready were going to italy"
