Chapter 3: Trapped

The three of you arrived at the gym and everyone else was already there. You looked around and they all looked scared, worried, anxious and who could blame them there was still a lot of uncertainty.  You were trying to keep your composure but deep inside you were just as scared as they are.
"All seventeen of us have gathered." Kirumi trailed off.
"Hmm its pretty spectacular seeing all sixteen of us Ultimates gathered together." Kaito commented with a grin.
"Kehehe you may not be able to be so easygoing for much longer..." Korekiyo stated.
"In this situation it's no use thinking about things so eventually Tsumugi stopped thinking." Tsumugi informed everyone.
"Let's keep a level head we don't know our situation we don't know why we're even here. I want answers." You stated crossing your arms.
"Nyeeeh what's going to happen to us? I bet it'll be a big pain..." Himiko sighed.

"Um...Himiko you can use amazing powers right!? Cuz you're psychic and stuff right!?" Tenko asked.
"I'm not psychic I'm a mage." Himiko proudly corrected.
"Whoaaaa! That's amazing! I definitely wanna incorporate that into Neo-Aikido! Hey what sorta training did you undergo to gain your amazing powers!?" Tenko excitedly questioned.
"Talking about it is too tiring..." Himiko sighed looking at the ground.
"You're pretty lazy." Kaede commented.
"Pardon me but we need to be on our guard. We do not know if and when danger will strike." K1-B0 reminded.
"K1-B0 is right. We don't have a lot of information we need to be cautious who knows what we got ourselves into." You frowned.
"D-Don't say that...I'm so scared...I don't know what to do." Kokichi whined with a quivering frown.
"There is no need to worry. Atua will protect us." Angie smiled.
"Phew thats a relief!" Kokichi excitedly exclaimed.
"Is your brain full of weeds or something? I'll whack em outta that skull of yours!" Miu threatened gritting her teeth.

"Don't worry about it! Just leave it to me!" Kaito reassured.
"Now I'm worried." You muttered.
"Oh come on if those teddy bears show themselves again I'll kick their butts and protect you and everyone else!" Kaito exclaimed forming a fist.
"Huh what's that?" Gonta asked.
"What's what?" You questioned confused. But then you listened and you started to hear what sounded like something mechanical coming.
"I hear it." You muttered and then right after five monsters appeared surrounding everyone.

"Yoo-hoo! Rise and shine ursine!" The monsters yelled.  As you were moving back you bumped into Shuichi who was shaking like a leaf. You gave looked at him and he was super pale. You gripped his arm trying to cover up the fact that you were also shaking and trying to reassure him.
"Kyaaaaaaah!" Tsumugi cried.
"Everyone behind Gonta!" Gonta yelled.
"Wh-What the heck are these...monsters!?" Tenko yelled in a neo aikido stance.
"Whoooooaaaa!! So coooooolll!!!" Kokichi gushed over the monsters.
"They're Exisals highly mobile bipedal weapons platforms! They got lotsa hometown pride!" The Blue exisal yelled. Thinking about it logically you were pretty certain that the Monokubs were controlling the Exisals and if they are weapons why haven't they done anything?
"I can't keep track of these backstories." Monosuke sighed.
"Wh-Whatever they are they better kill off the uggos and save me for last!" Miu screamed.
"Run Himiko!" Kokichi shouted.
"Why are you concerned about me?" Himiko asked.
"Didn't someone say they would kick all their butts?" Maki asked looking at Kaito.
"Wh-What the heck!? Nobody told me about these!" Kaito screamed his eyes looked like they were going to pop out of his head.

"Relax I don't think they're going to kill us." You stated and you saw Rantaro look at you.
"Heh I guess we're in sync. I agree we're probably not in any danger if they wanted to kill us they'd have done it by now." Rantaro calmly explained and he then walked up to the Exisals. "So what do you want from us?"
  Following his league  you walked up to the Exisals as well. "You must want something from us. Looking at the weapons  you're going to force us to do something we don't want to do and if we don't do it we're going to get hurt right?"
"Well you have our attention so what do you want?" Rantaro asked.
"Huh well aren't you two a wise guy and a wise girl?" Monosuke asked.
"I'll start us off! Listen up! Here's what we want you punks to do... Haaaaaahhhhh! My heart's going 100 miles per hour I'm gonna say it you ready!?" Monokid laughed. "It's a—"
"Killing game." Monodam interrupted.
