-Chapter Thirty Nine-
Jay felt that something was wrong. Not exactly the typical "wrong" but something felt off. Although he wasn't sure what exactly was off about today.
Lately Jay felt as if his sister and his friend, Vinny were getting too chummy. From his observations, they had been hanging out and talking a whole lot during the time that he and [name] were residing at the Vinny residence.
It wasn't like Jay didn't allow his sister to talk or even become friends with guys, that would be absurd. It was just the interactions between the two felt different from a "regular" friendship. Perhaps he was being too close minded, it wasn't abnormal for a guy and a girl to become friends without any romantic aspects. Yet he couldn't help but feel a certain type of protectiveness towards his little sister; maybe he was being too paranoid.
For now Jay kept his suspicions low, he was being too protective. It wasn't like there were any feelings building up between the two people.
