Vinny was in shock. He felt betrayed after hearing what Jay said. He felt like a fool for not noticing earlier, how could he have missed the signs? Y/N was sick?
As a flurry of thoughts flooded Vinny's head, Jay was starting to regret telling Vinny the truth. Maybe it wasn't his decision to tell him, he could've left it to Y/N to tell him the truth but the moment just seemed so right. Regardless, it was too late now. Vinny knew the truth and Y/N was leaving anyways, it was unlikely anything would happen between them anymore.
At that moment, Jay felt a sense of relief wash over him. His sister could get the treatment she deserved and maybe, just maybe the truth would allow Vinny and Y/N's relationship end in good terms. This was for the better right?
