This relationship is either sexual or non-sexual and is a dynamic/a part of the BDSM community too (obviously) and can be a kink, but also a separate life style.
This can be called CG/L (which may include age play too, but people have different opinions about that)
CG/L = Care giver/Little (very similar to the term used for age regression: CG/LRE, which stands for "Care giver/Little regressor")

This is a bit tricky, because while some say this is also about pretending to be younger, some say it's not.
Littles here, are submissive spirits with a strong flavor childlike innocence.
They long for a nurturing loving dominant who plays a guiding, almost parental role in their lives. While they require a softer approach to be dominated than most other submissives, their submission can be just as deep as that of other submissives or slaves.

Subs are separated again, which depends on the kink.

Littles in CG/L are littles with need a lot of assurance, a softer dom, rules and many more.
