Yeah, what does BDSM mean ? What does it stand for ?

Each letter in the word BDSM has a meaning:

B= Bondage
D= Discipline and Dominance
S= Sadism and Submission
M=Masochism

Or also known as Sadomasochism.

The Dominant has the control over their sub and activity they might play

The Dominant has the control over their sub and activity they might play. Usually the Dom is also the top, but a bottom can also be a Dom. Being a Dominant just means, that you take control over your partner, while the Submissive loves being controlled and letting the Dom take over.

The Submissive is (like I said) the person who gives up control. BUT= that does not mean that the Submissive has no say in the relationship. No, quite the opposite. The submissive holds all the power, they just choose to fully trust their dom and let them have control over their body and maybe even life.

Just like the Dom, a Sub doesn't have to be a bottom.
There is a quote which says: the subs hold all the power, they simply let the doms hold it. They can always take it back.

A D/S relationship can be limited and reserved for the bedroom only, in casual life or both.
_____
Bottom= is being penetrated
Top= is the one who penetrates

Dominant= Has control over the sub and play
Submissive= is the partner who is being controlled/submits
______

When I say "control" I don't mean being too overprotective. Sure, there are a few Dom's like that out there, but they should know where it crosses the line.

BDSM is so much more than just rough or kinky sex.

The sub chooses to let the dom take over. For example: let them pick out their outfit, drive them anywhere or let them decide when their sub doesn't know what to do.

There are also switches:
Those switch between the role dominant and submissive.
That means, they can control and give up control/ surrender and submit.

BDSM communities generally welcome anyone with a non-normative streak who identifies with the community; this may include cross-dressers, body
modification enthusiasts, animal-roleplayer, rubber fetishists, people who are into CNC and others.

If you look up the meaning behind BDSM you may find that the women are always the Submissive.

Let me tell ya: that's💫stupid💫

It isn't about gender or sexuality in the lifestyles and it also doesn't always revolve around sex. No. It's living a lifestyle and loving taking care/control over the sub or surrender/submit to the dom.

A women is usually called:
Mistress
Ma'am
Madam
Mommy
Miss
Lady
(Etc)

But their title is also called a domme, Domina, Dominus or dominatrix

A man is usually addressed as:
Master
Sir
Daddy (if you have a daddy kink or are into age play/CG/L)
Mister
Handler (if you're into pet play)
Lord
(Etc)

And their title Dom or Dominant

Of course there are also non-binaries and agender people out there!
They might have a preference as to what the sub/dom should call them, so I can't really answer that, but here are some names:

Instead of Mr, Ms and Mrs, some use "Mx" (pronounced "Miks" or sometimes "Muks") This is a gender neutral term for Mister and Miss

Some may also use Majesty or Owner in the lifestyle.

Now, the names for the Submissive.

Here are some, a few of them are for different plays, but I will let you know which are gender neutral. (They will be written in cursive) The ones with numbers are explained in the end of this chapter

Baby
Baby boy
Baby girl

Slut

________________________
1- Puppy is a cute nickname but is mostly used for subs who are into pet play

2- might seem weird for some, but there is a kink/play called human furniture play. It's when a human acts like a stool, so (for example) the dominant can lay their foot or sit on the "stool"

3- student is used for student x teacher play

4- is also used for pet play/pony play

This would be everything for the first chapter, I hope you understood everything I wanted to say with my bad grammar and everything. If you have questions, just comment and I'll try to answer them. I will not accept hate or name calling in this book or anywhere else, so please leave or better yet: grow up. It's 2021 so we should all just accept each other.

(I saw someone complaining about daddy kink in a book called "Sugar daddy"...and that in chapter 4...c'mon)
