I looked around hastily for the high, blue teleportation circle that would appear around a player once they teleport. I saw enough to where I could count all of the Guild members. We all gathered in a small corner of the disgusting main town. We sat down at a cafe table and spoke over some "fried rice with scrambled eggs" (SAO ingredients). We were bickering about how to maintain money and keep from spending it, considering how each floor had their own powerful weapons and armor. Usu had a Mala Tunic that she bought from some guy on Floor 2 during the shift. We all settled on a budget at 1 mil per floor. We set up some Col Counters that Falckon and Tasm had to hack the system to get.
"Guys, how about we have a day when we first get to the floor and leave the floor where we chill/work? Yeah? Okay. Usu and I will find a little cafe to work in-- or, just right here, perhaps. You guys go do what you wanna do." With this, everyone parted in their own ways, most of them heading off towards the Blacksmiths.
Usu and I walked into the cafe, where we were greeted by a player manager. He smiled and bowed slightly. "Hello, ladies," he said, holding a cloth and a tray. "If you're gonna work here, you have to have a maid's uniform. Please, take them." As he sent us the trade requests, I remarked how fancy it was inside, compared to the outside.
"Woah, woah, wait," I say, holding up a hand as I accept the trade, "You make it fancy in here, but outside it smells like horse poop?" At this, we laughed and we put on the uniforms and started immediately.
I hoped we weren't staying on Floor 3 long.
