Falckon was okay after the twins died. He regained composure quickly. He kept apologizing to me profusely, even though I told him multiple times to stop. There were a few new arrivals on Floor Eight, too, so we decided to work our way to the boss. We looked around for the tall cylinder that stretched to the next Floor. Soon enough, we spotted it and made our way towards it, quickly.

The dungeon looked like a temple you would see from the Legend of Zelda. We walked inside the temple to a wide, open room crawling with enemies. We generally wanted no contact with them, so we stuck to the walls and curved our way around the enemies.
On the other side of the wide, open, sandy space was an abyss with a bridge missing a few planks. We all suggested we'd go one at a time, so I went first. The bridge wobbled and creaked as I walked across. I made it, and so did everybody else. I took out my Eagle and we advanced through the dungeon until we reached large, sandstone doors.
I nodded at Falckon, and together we pushed them open. Walking into the dark room, the doors closed behind our small pack. We walked to the center of the room, and it rumbled.
"What the--" Usu started, but was interrupted by her scream as we fling backwards as a sand creature rose from the sand we stood on. I landed on my feet, wobbling. The name and health bars loaded. The Stone Sand, it was called, but it looked like runny sand that you would find on a beach. It roared, sand pouring from its body. We all spread out to examine the boss while dodging sand balls and other attacks.
"The eye! The eye!" Joshuo yelled from behind the monster. The eye. The eye! I raced over to where Joshuo stood, climbing the boss. Underneath the sand the monster was made of rocks, so I had to cling onto those while the sand threatened to slip me away. Joshuo and Maralie following behind, I reached the eye.
"ATTACK!" I yelled, plunging my sword into the wild eye.

Finally, joyous Floor Nine. The sun shined, the breeze was perfect, and the ocean whispered.
We had found the perfect spot for our armory restaurant. We decided to call it the Sword Sandwich. We split the building in half, and lived on the second floor of the building. On the first floor, on the left half was the restaurant where Usu and I cooked and waitressed. The other half had the armory, where the others crafted armor, shields and swords. Now we just had to wait for everybody else to catch up.
