Hawk

it was a cold summer morning and i had just woken up from a deep sleep.

things seemed colder and darker that day and in more ways then one.

Probably because Lauren Marie Diaz  had just woken up from a coma.

yeah. a fucking coma.

H.. hawk? i stuttered feeling the cold breeze from the hospital give me goosebumps.

Lauren.. lauren i'm so so sorry this is all my fault. i never should have- i should have-. the boy tried to say but he was tripping on his words.

Eli honey it's not your fault okay? i love you so much. the Diaz girl said, before she closed her eyes again her heart rate plummeted.

Miguel ran into the room and so did carmen.

Miguel pulled his best friends head into his chest and could only look down and plug his ears well the doctors tried desperately to revive Lauren Marie Diaz.

Samantha Larusso and Daniel LaRusso came in to the room dragging the boys out well they plugged there ears.

Sam caught a glimpse of her best friends near dead body.

she starred for what felt like hours before Carmen grabbed the small girls hand and walked out of the room with her.

hours later as the group of fragile teens and parents waited for the doctor to come out with the news.

Demitri, Hawk, Miguel, Sam and even Tory were waiting on results for Lauren's condition.

the doctor came out of the room with tears in her eyes.

i'm so sorry Mrs. Diaz. i'm so sorry to all of you. the doctor said.

Hawk was the first to drop to the ground screaming.

his screams erupted from the whole hospital.

he lost the only thing keeping him from completely turning evil. his light was gone.

Sam only dropped beside the boy silently and pulled him into her embrace.

Shh, breathe eli. she rubbed the tierd boys back.

Carmen and Miguel crying into each other's arms well mr. LaRusso was comforting the lost teens.

where do we go from here? how to we live in a world without Lauren Diaz? Tory asked, crying her eyes out.

no one blamed Tory. they blamed Robby.

and with nothing but adrenaline running through Eli Jacob Muskowitz's veins he pulled out his pocket knife flipping it out with one clean flick of his wrist.

And with that Eli Muskowitz darted out of West Valley General and ran to the only place he knew Robby would be.

Lauren's dead... was all Robby could ask before Hawk came running at him.

he had robby pinned down on the ground with the knife to his neck.

he was about to kill him when he thought of Lauren's smiling face.

how upset she would be if she found out Hawk killed someone.

he would never forgive her.

and with that he let go.

sorry Robby. was all he said before running out of the dojo and back to the hospital.

tiny specks of blood on him from the times the blade would hit him well he was running.

ELI!! Sam yelled and ran over to him.

i couldn't do it. i couldn't kill him. he stood emotionlessly.

Miguel ran up to his best friend wrapping his arms around him and hugging him.

i know man. i know. The brown haired boy said.

and that was a moment no one could return from.

Hawk was lost..

and just darkness surrounded the boy now.
