Miguel

Marley Arabelle, she lived in her own. Her parents never cared about her so she racked up enough money to buy her own small apartment.

Marley was currently sitting at the train tracks near her apartment, sketching everything in sight. That was Marleys favourite pass time. Sketching.

She was quite good at it aswell, she had taken drawing lessons at the age of eight and graduated from her drawing lessons at the age of thirteen when she was no longer able to go to the class due to her age.

The sixteen year old also enjoyed going to do karate at the Cobra Kai dojo run by Johnny Lawrence, one of the strongest yet scariest guys Marley had ever come across.

Marley met a boy at the dojo, the boys name was yet to be determined since she had never asked him what his name was.

She never got the chance since he was always in a hurry to get back home after practice. 

And probably because Marley was VERY anti-social.

Marley had just finished sketching a tree when someone's voice entered her ears.

" I was beginning to think you didn't exist, I never see you at school and you only come to the dojo once a month, Sansei thinks your homeless." Mystery boy spoke, Marley recognized him as the boy from the dojo who she had sketched multiple times.

" Well I'm Marley and I'm not homeless, I live in a small apartment by myself." Marley said, not lifting her eyes from her sketch book.

Mystery boy came and sat next to her on the train tracks. " I'm Miguel, by the way if your wondering how I found you here I just asked Sensei where you live which sounds really creepy when I say it but I honestly just wanted to be friends with you because you seem like a cool person."

" Well I mean the thought of you showing up to my house and asking me to be friends honestly does sound creepy but since your here now, I'd love to be friends." Marley smiled, still not lifting her eyes from her sketch book.

And that was the first time Marley and Miguel ever met.

-4 months later-

Things have changed since the day on the train tracks where Marley first met Miguel, since then Marley moved in with Miguel and his family. She attended school and the dojo regularly now and things were looking up for Marley Arabelle, they really were.

Until the school fight when Marley was kicked off the balcony, sending her two story's down where she hit the railing below getting knocked out cold.

Miguel felt like he couldn't breathe, Hawk had chased Robby out of the school after he kicked Marley.

Sam started to cry, trying to run down to the teenage girl but she was quickly pushed out of the way by Miguel who ran down to Marley.

" Mar! C'mon Mar your stronger than this! WAKE UP MAR!" Miguel shouted, hot tears spilling from his eyes.

" She's in a coma, these next 24 hours will be tough but Marleys a strong girl." Doctor Hayes said.

Carmen burst out into tears, hugging Miguel's grandmother well Miguel just stood there. Trying to process what he had just been told.

He immediately ran into Marleys room despite the doctors telling him to come back.

" MAR! PLEASE! I want you to draw me! I want you to draw us! Together! I wanna be with you Mar, please Marley I can't loose you. Not like this, not this soon Mar." Miguel sobbed as he felt someone grab him and pull him back.

Eli Muskowitz was standing before him, his eye were swollen and puffy from crying and his hair was out of a mohawk, it was down and extremely disheveled.

" I can't loose her man, I never got to tell her that I love her." Miguel sobbed, sliding his back down the nearest wall.

Hawk joined him, sitting next to his best friend. " She'll make it man, Mar's strong."

Just as Hawk said that he had a gut feeling that something was about to happen and sure enough he heard beeping coming from Marleys room.

Miguel and Hawk both jumped up and ran to the teenagers hospital room.

" MARLEY! Mar c'mon!" Miguel sobbed.

" Help! Help!" Hawk shouted.

The doctors rushed in, pushing the two teenage boys out of the room.

Marley Arabelle died the following hour leaving Miguel sitting against the wall. Frozen.

He never even got to tell her he loved her.
