"Where have you been?" Xenia raised an eyebrow as she watched Callisto walk back into the cabin as the sky became a lighter blue, an indication of the closer creeping sunrise.
"I have to show you something." Callisto's eyes were wide with excitement, her hair was as wild and disheveled and when she came closer to Xenia, Xenia gagged covering her mouth and nose with her hand as she looked at her friend.
"You reek!" Xenia hissed softly.
"I know, I threw up like three times." Callisto was still grinning from ear to ear as Xenia blinked, more than slightly disgusted.
"I am not speaking to you until you shower." Xenia pursed her lips as she watched her friend's activeness increase with every second.
"Ok." Callisto agreed and grabbed her bag before she shot out the room in the blink of an eye.
A tired groan echoed from the side of the room and one of the girls lifted her head slightly, her eyes barely open as she looked from side to side.
"It stinks, open a window." She demanded and Xenia sighed falling onto her back and rubbed her hand over her eyes, willing them to stay open and active.
'Maybe Calli could just transfer some of her energy to me,' Xenia thought silently, "it's not like she has a limited supply.'

"Ok, will you talk to me now?" Callisto asked as she poked Xenia's back which faced her.
"Shut up and go to sleep." Xenia swatted Callisto's hand away from her back which made Callisto frown.
She rounded the bed and stood in front of Xenia only for her to turn around in an attempt to ignore the girl.
"Come on. It's super exciting and cool." Callisto said softly as she poked her friends back again.
"You better be telling the truth." Xenia shuffled around to glare at her grinning friend.
"You made me walk into the forest at five thirty in the morning." Xenia narrowed her eyes at her friend who was humming and skipping through the greenery, ducking under tree branches and twirling around trunks.
"Yup." Callisto hummed as she continued to walk.
"You made me walk into the forest at five thirty in the morning." Xenia repeated as she emphasised each word. The cold chilling morning wind was biting into Xenia's bones and she didn't appreciate it.
"That would be correct." Callisto sang as she grabbed the trunk of a tree and spun around it before returning to walking.
"Do you want me to kill you?" Xenia asked.
"Not particularly, but if you do, can you make it interesting?" Callisto asked and Xenia made a sound between a crow cawing and a dying cat.
"You are insufferable." Xenia stomped after Callisto who was loafing through the forest.
"I find myself quite congenial."
"I'd like to tell you that, if you end up killing me here. I have put a letter somewhere in the cabin about who I was with last." Xenia said loudly as she stood in the precipice where she was earlier that week.
"You're making me seem like a homicidal maniac." Callisto rolled her eyes when she stopped at the edge of the cliff and Xenia paused, fear overcoming whatever she was about to retort.
"Look dude, let's just step away from the edge." Xenia took a tentative step forward, her hand outstretched before her.
"Xenia, my dear friend. Let me show you a whole new me." Callisto, in full confidence, tipped backwards, her arms spread out and she fell with a grin. The familiar feeling of air rushing past her fingers and flowing through her hair.
