Nini was sitting on her bed trying to calm down her nerves when she heard the door ring. She headed downstairs and opened it to see Kourtney.
"Omg hey! Thanks for coming!", Nini exclaimed as she hugged her.
"Anything for you girl! Alright let's go get you looking fab for tryouts!"
Nini led Kourtney up the stairs and into her bedroom. Kourtney set her makeup and hair supplies up on Nini's desk as Nini sat down in a chair.
"Okay so...I'm thinking we'll do a kind of natural look...and then your hair in a braid?"
"Sounds great!", Nini said.
Kourtney started doing Nini's makeup. She did a light load of it since she'll be dancing. The two girls talked and gossiped about many things.
"So...what's goin on with Ricky...", Kourtney said smirking.
"Are you feeling, okay? You've never asked me anything about him...unless you're telling me he's a jerk.", Nini said as she scrunched her eyebrows.
"Yes! I'm just...being more open to ya'lls friendship."
Nini laughed a little, "Ah gotcha...I mean we're good friends. Ricky's a nice person."
"And.... cute or what?", Kourtney beamed.
Nini rolls her eyes, ".... okay fine maybe a little bit."
"Ha I knew it!", Kourtney shouted.
"Shh! I told you I have a thing for curly haired brunettes...don't tell anybody please. I'm still trying to figure everything out."
"Figure what out girl?", Kourtney said surprised, "You both clearly like each other."
"What if he doesn't?"
"Have you seen the way he looks at you?", Kourtney raises her eyebrows.
They continue talking as Kourtney continues on with Nini's hair and makeup. After some time, she finally finishes.
"And.... done! You look perfect!"
Nini gets up and stares into the mirror, "Woah...Kourt you did amazing! Thank youuu!"

The two girls hug then Nini checks her phone time: 4:30pm
"Ahh, I have to be there in thirty minutes...I'm so scared.", Nini says.
Kourtney holds Nini's hands, "You're gonna do great! Call me after tryouts!", Kourtney exclaims as she packs her things up and heads out of Nini's house.
Once Kourtney was gone, Nini sat down on her bed. She decided on wearing a white crop top with black leggings. She spent the next 20 minutes calming her nerves and whatnot. She also decided on texting Ricky...he always seemed to help.
