(Lou's POV)

Chase and I headed to the staircase, pacing up to the third floor. "So, basically, you're taking the writing practices?", I ask as we continued plodding up the stairs. "What does it look like?", he shrugs as I rolled my eyes. "What was it actually that you were doing on your laptop?", I ask again as he looks at me in a not-your-business way but he still discovered a manner to answer. "I was... uhh.." "you were what?", I ask, the curiosity filling me to the bones.

He shrugged and took a deep breath. It seemed like he felt uneasy to react to the question I asked. "If you don't want to answer... you don't have to.", I say, softly because he was really tense and uncomfortable. "It's fine.. I wanna express it, anyway.", he says with a deep exhale. "I-I have a girlfriend and we're in some long distance relationship stuff sooo...", he continued and that was when guilt pierced me after raging at him when we met.

"I'm sorry for pissing you off a while ago..", I apologized in quite a timid way. "Ah.. no bother.. it's good..", he says.

That question must've swatted his self-esteem. My guilty conscience hit me hard as silence followed.

We arrived at the hallway of the third floor. The walls seemed like they belonged to relinquished ghost houses. Chase pointed out the room. As we inspected, we arrived pretty early. "Let's take a seat there.", he pointed out the area next to the clear, luminous window.

We plopped ourselves down to the wooden chairs as I stared out the gleaming window. I overlooked the whole room noticing a few couple of people settled in areas of the room.

"So, do you have a boyfriend?", Chase suddenly asked me, emphasizing the word you as my eyes instantly fell to his splendid, grey eyes.

"Never...", I replied, returning back my gaze to the window. "But, to what I noticed when you entered... your twin has-" "I know... don't bother.. I'm basically the one who's left out.", I said giving him a sarcastic grin. He smirked in return.

We spent the rest of the time avoiding awkwardness while we took a glimpse of everything except each other's selves. Approximately a quarter of an hour sooner, perhaps it was our instructor who entered in a strict manner.

The whole crowd of students stayed right on their seats and eyed the instructor who seemed to be stressed and made tense.

He had this fine figure for a body and his hair lay flat on his head, revealing a neat outline of it. He wore rectangle spectacles and his eye bags hung down, visibly. His attire was straightforward simple and his age was approximately under his late thirties due to the clear wrinkles in his face.

He set down the heap of paperworks and books he held to the teacher's desk. Face still holding a bitter look, he narrowed his eyes at each and everyone of us like he was examining our features.

Pursing his dry lips, he took a big breath and spoke, "Good day, class.", he straightly says without changing a single state of his expression. "Good day, sir...er..", everyone greeted back to be cut by his sudden reply, "Mr. Brooke.", he says, still serious. "Good day, Sir Brooke.", everyone greeted again.

From the look of his face to his serious dialogues... everyone shuddered to hear his name.

Mr. Brooke, A.K.A Mr. Creep.
