(Lou's POV)
I woke up at nearly seven wherein I was suppose to be heading to school... so, I sped up and when I say speed, I mean, like jet speed.
Due to this hurry I was going trough, for little moments, I ended up toppling on my own feet, slipping on the bathroom and having an extreme wardrobe failure. Jesse was waiting outside (thank the heavens for her patience) , as I organized myself before I stepped out the apartment door.
"Come on, you slug... let's get going.", Jesse said as we hitched a cab. "Why didn't you wake me up in the first place?", I whine as we entered the ride.
"So, what school are we heading to?", I ask. "I have no idea but I just gave this written paper to the driver that Max gave me... I don't get what was on that paper.. Maybe directions.. let's not mind it.", she replies, staring out the car window.
I could tell that this cab was getting worn out after hearing the tires screech. The sound infuriated us so badly, we slammed the door. We headed inside the not-so-massive school. As we stepped in, not only did people stare at us because we were twins. But also did I look like an odditty to all because Jesse... had a boyfriend. -_-
I strolled the place, looking for (what Jesse said) the 'writer's section'.
Amazingly, I think I was astray. So, I approached some dude, sitting by the corner, with his headphones on and laptop obviously on his lap. His chocolate brown hair was standing up on front as he concentrated on whatever he was working on.
I drew nearer but he didn't notice me. Great. "Uhh.. excuse me, sir?", I say, loudly but he still hasn't noticed me. I lightened and cleared my throat a bit. "Sir?", I inquire a bit louder. Still no perception.
This was actually starting to anger me. I clenched my fists and bit my lower lip, starting to get uncomfortable.
Minutes passed and I couldn't subdue my agitation anymore so... I forcefully pulled out his headphones and held it, not giving it back.
"What the?!", he complained, looking at me, confused. The look of his befuddled, dark greyish eyes struck me. I snapped back to the real world as I took a deep breath. "You didn't hear me for the past 5 minutes so... I did what I had to do..", I shrugged as he stood up and kept everything he had. "And... what is it that you wanted?", he narrowed his eyes at me. I shook my head and neared him. "Could I kindly ask where the writer's section is sir.", you straightly say acting polite. "Oh! You're taking writing? Well, straight you'll see a staircase .. third floor, second room..", he replied sarcastically. "Why didn't you try it at first?", he continued. Oooh... I just got owned but I acted like I wasn't. I relaxed myself and gave a considerate smile. "Okay, I apologize", you say returning his headphones, as he nods his head in response. "Sorry, too.", he apologized as I smirked. "Well, let's go..", he continued. "Oh, you're into writing, too?", I ask as if nothing happened.
"Kind of...", he replies as we started walking up the carpeted path.
"I'm Lou..", I introduce. "Cool.. I'm Chase..", he replies as we exchanged beams.
