The next day, Luzia opened her eyes and peeked out of one of the curtains that were wrapped around her bed. It looked like Michelle, Penelope and Sophie were still asleep. She tried to get changed as quickly and quietly as possible while still being in the 4 poster bed. She then peeked through the curtains again to see if everybody was still asleep, when she was certain they were all still snoring, she left the bed and left the bedroom.
She walked down the stairs quietly and quickly but was unfortunate enough to see Luke in the main part of the common room. Luzia rolled her eyes but kept walking, she decided to ignore him even if he spoke to her.
Luke saw her, "Hi Luzia, why are you up this early?"
Luzia ignored him and quickly left the common room.
Once she left the common room, she sprinted down the stairs and towards the Great Hall, she hoped that Professor Villarreal was there by now. She walked through the open doors of the Great Hall and looked up at the staff table, Professor Villarreal was there.
Luzia checked that nobody followed her and then she ran forward to Professor Villarreal.
"Good morning, Professor Villarreal." She said to him as she approached.
"Hello Luzia. How did you sleep?"
He sounded monotone again but Luzia assumed he was content nevertheless, after all, he always relaxed himself after speaking to Luzia for a few minutes.
"Fine, and you?"
"Hmm, pretty good."
Luzia saw that he wasn't eating anything. "Why aren't you eating?" She asked.
"I already have."
He wasn't lying, he had eaten one of those blood bags from last night, but he couldn't let Luzia know that.
"Oh, I should have came earlier."
"It's fine. You should eat, I recommend the French toast."
Luzia found a place to sit on the Gryffindor table and sat down. "Can you come and sit with me, I'm all by myself otherwise?" She asked him.
"Sure, it's only us after all."
Professor Villarreal stood up and walked around the huge staff table. He then walked to the Gryffindor table. "Should I sit opposite you or next to you?"
"Opposite."
He sat opposite Luzia. She then grabbed the plate of French toast and poured a few slices onto her silver plate. She then smeared butted on each French toast slice and then poured herself some water.
"It's yummy." She told Professor Villarreal when she took a bite.
"That's why I suggested them to you. Have you spoken to any of the girls who were mean to you on the train?"
"No, I got to the bedrooms before they returned from dinner last night and I left this morning while they were all still asleep. I did however, see Luke in our common room this morning, he spoke to me but I ignored him."
"Maybe ignoring them is the easiest option."
"I think so too."
Professor Villarreal smiled at Luzia and Luzia smiled back at Professor Villarreal.
Luzia finished off her slices of French toast and drank more of her water.
"What lessons do you have next?" Professor Villarreal asked.
"I have Herbology first."
Luzia held her head in her hands.
"With who?"
