Dark Waters (Tom Riddle x Mermaid !reader)

ꕥChapter 9:

When you came back from your talk with Riddle. Your friends wanted to know about it. So they were waiting for you in the common room. Especially Serious who looked very worried.

"So what wanted he from you?"he asked impatient.

"Nothing much, he wanted to apologize for his behavior." You said calm.

But they all had a different réaction.  Mary, Alice and Molly were excited about that, giggling and saying how much he was a gentleman.

As on the other side Lily and the boys were confused and they had a worried look on their face. But you rassured them. Telling that everything is alright.

You didn't wanted too much people knowing that you would keep an eye on Riddle, or he will doubt something.

For now you just enjoyed your sleep.

The next day, the power of the full moon was on its maximum. You were happy when it would be over in two days.

Because your need of water was bigger, and sometimes you had to skip class to go swim. It was a tiring day.

Riddle hadn't spoke a word to you since what happend last day. Hagrid was giving his lesson at the edge of the water again. You could feel the water calling you, but you knew that it was the last lesson of the day and that you could swim as much as you wanted after that.

"Well I think that's enought for today. You can go eat dinner !" Hagrid said while clapping in his hand.

You sight in relief and go to Lily.

"I will stay here for dinner... Tell the others that I wasn't hungry!" You said smiling to her. She knew exactly why you had to stay here.

"Of course! Don't worry do what you have to do!" You hugged her and you  were heading for the woods near the lake.

You waited, t'ill the moon was fully out in the dark Sky. You were now sure that everybody would be in the great hall for dinner.

But how wrong you were.

Someone had stayed, watching you all of the time.

Riddle.

He was curious of what you were doing  and what a would happend on this full moon night.

He waited for you to come out. And after 1 hour after the lesson you came back at the edge of the water.

You look up to the sky to see the moon.
"Beautiful.."you smiled.

Your eyes shinning with the reflection of the moon. You were slowly freeing your hair from your pony tail making them floating in the wind.

Riddle couldn't take his eyes off you. He had never seen someone so beautiful and elegant as you. He was completly hypnotize by you.

You took out your shoes, stocks and jacket before intering in the cold water with one foot. You loved the feeling of it carressing your skin.

And then were fully in. Only your head and shoulders were popping out. A light was wrapping your leg transforming them into your (f/c) tail after a few second.

You closed your eyes, enjoying the light of the moon while being in the water and then begin a sort of trance.

You started singing.
