I was working on a club as a bartender, everyday is chaos at my work place. Crowded and loud music always welcomes me on my night shift. I should be at school and studying, i should be pursuing my dreams by now.

A tragedy happened 3 years ago, i was raped and molested by my own teacher. That maniac was sent to jail and i got pregnant. My mom wanted to abort the child so that i could continue studying and thats when i made the greatest decision of my life. 'i kept the child and leave home'. I worked day and night to provide for the two of us.

My son Aki was a very smart child. He turns 3 last month and i can totally rely on him. He's thinks nothing like the other children of his age. He is more responsible and mature.

I can leave him alone in the apartment and hed watch tv and read books. We have few rules that he follows.

*Dont open the door for anyone.

*If your in trouble call mommy on the phone.

*Dont touch anything.

*if you need any help call out aunt miyu's name on the window. She is one of our neighbour.

As much as i want to take him to my workplace. It is not child friendly and a lot of people smoke there.

Its Friday night and i am expecting a lot of costumers tonight, Some of the VIP's visit the club on Fridays.

Its almost 10pm and my shift is about to end. I got out of the bar area and about to go to the employee room when i bump into someone. I look down to see his drink has spill on the floor. Am i really this tired not to notice him.

I grab a paper towel to wiped his tuxedo while i apologize endlessly. I heard him chuckle so i look up. 'Dang he's cute' i can literally see his dimples.

"its fine, apology accepted, ill just go get myself a new batch" he said. He was so calm and kind. Plus, he is so handsome.

I bow once again and leave.

As i am walking at the street. I saw a cotton candy cart. I bought 2 cotton candy and head home. Opening the door, i saw my son sleeping on the sofa but immediately woke up when he heard the door closed.

We were eating the cotton candy while he told me about his day. I wanted to take a picture of him as he was too cute while eating his cotton candy with his eyes hald closed and slowly dozing off to sleep.

I tapped my pocket but my phone wasn't there. I came to check on my bag and still no phone. I panicked thinking i might have drop it on my way home. I slapped my forehead with my palm thinking of how stupid i am for losing it.

I went to work the next day feeling down, i need to buy a new one then. I badly need a phone coz what if my son Aki had an emergency and he needs his mommy. I signed while thinking of it.

My shift has end and im thinking of buying a new phone so i hurriedly time out and went outside. When i felt a hand grab me by my shoulder and it was the handsome guy from yesterday.

"Sorry if i scared you, im here to return your phone.. You drop it yesterday, i tried to find you at the club last night but i failed." he said while smiling. I was so happy he returned my phone to me.

"Thank you so much for returning my phone." i said while bowing my head.

"You have a cute wallpaper, is he your brother?" he then said while turning to look at the side. I was a little shy to admit it but its nothing to be ashamed of.

"It's my son" i said and he looks quite surprised from what he heard. I mean who wouldnt be. A 18 year old girl having a 3 year old child!, he quickly changed his expression to a serious one knowing i wasn't joking.

"Uhm do you mind if i invite you to drink coffee?" he said while rubbing his nape.

"Im sorry, but i have to go home early.." i answered.

" why? Maybe tomorrow?" he insisted.

"No sorry, you see i have to go home early everyday.. My son is alone and he is waiting for me." i said while looking down.

"Alone? Where is your husband?" he asked while he slowly narrowed his eyes.

"uhm i dont have one, im a single parent." his eyes widened from hearing it, since he returned my phone ill gladly answer his questions but just a little not too personal.

"we can have coffee in my house if you want?" i said to shift the mood as he looks so shocked about everything.

"That would be great. My name is Kazutora. " he said while smiling again.

"Yn"

We walked home and when i entered the front door i saw my son standing near the door crying.

"Mommy i had a nightmare. Sob** he is sobbing and i felt bad for him. I wish i can always be around him at all times to comfort him.

I hugged and kiss him and placed him in the chair. I notice he is looking at Kazutora. He crawl unto the other chair and to Kazutora's lap while he stares at him intensely. "Are you here to steal my mommy." Aki said and i flinched from hearing it. I was about to scold him when but i heard Kazutora giggled.

He seems enjoying himself. I made him a brewed coffee place it on the table. Kazutora and Aki had a staring competition for a minute. Then, Aki just snuggle his shirt and clinging unto his wrist showing affection that i never seen him do before to other people except me. "if your not here to steal mommy then you must be my daddy." he said while playing with his fingers.

"Kazu-kunn please ignore him.."i laughed but i bit nervous.

" its okay, i like his mommy anyway" was all he said and i blushed.. As in, blushed like a tomato.

Kazutora stared at me and i knew he was being serious.

After a few months of knowing him. I learned that he was one of the leaders of toman. They are one of the Gang that rules tokyo and feared by many.

He always took care of Aki while im gone. He also take him outside to have fun. The park and the mall is their favorite place. Aki loves Kazutora so much that he sometimes wants him to stay for the night. He would throw a tantrum if i dont agreed.

After a few more months i already had the courage to tell Kazutora about the truth, how i had Aki and my painful memories of the past. He listened carefully making sure he would not missed a single detail. He would wiped my tears from time to time, as he listens to all my sorrows.

" past is past,.. We cant change it but we can learn from it." he said while his hands cupping my cheeks.

" and the future is more important. Can you be my wife YN?" my eyes widened for the sudden confession. How could someone like him take me seriously. He has a lot of options, there are many girls out there that didnt come with a heavy baggage.

"But- but i.. I couldn't find a word to say..

" its okay, i have no problem with it. I see Aki as my own. I will love you and him as long as i live. " he added. I hugged him so tight and he gladly returned it.

I smiled at him and nodded.
