"Shouchan~. Wake up, doll."
Shouto opens his eyes slowly. The light blinding him for a moment until he adjusted to its brightness. He takes a look at his surroundings. It was an abandoned house. Furniture was wrapped in plastic, splotches of blood were seen on them. Even the floor had plastic covering it. Shouto's heart races, he'd never felt so terrified in his life. Suddenly, he sees a figure from the corner of his eye. He looks over to see Katsuki tied to a chair across from him. Shouto's breath quickens as he notices that the blond is not moving. "B-Bakugou?"
Shouto crawls over to him. He shakes Bakugou's leg, the detective didn't budge from it. "Bakugou? Katsuki, please wake up."
"He's unconscious, babe."
The gravelly voice makes Shouto look behind to see Hanta just as bloody as Katsuki. Except he was sitting on the floor, using the couch as an arm rest. Shouto cries, "what happened? What's going on?!"
Hanta could only let out a pained chuckle. "We touched what was rightfully his."
"His?"
"That's right~."
Shouto whips his head around to look at Izuku. His leather gloves dripped with, what Shouto was sure of, blood. He was unfazed by the scene before him. Lighting a cigarette and blowing out plumes of smoke just to show how this did not bother him. Like he was used to doing this. Shouto's face morphs into an angered expression. "How? How could you do this to them?!"
Izuku pulls the cigarette from his lips. "Nah, I didn't do this. You did this."
"The hell I did!"
"Doll, I gave you everything you could've ever dreamed about. You were like...a lost little lamb. And I saved you from falling off the cliff."
Izuku stands up and walks over to Shouto. The man moves back the closer Izuku got until his back pressed against the couch Hanta leaned against. Izuku crouches down to his level. "But then, you go behind my damn back and fuck these two losers. How shameless." There was this malicious aura around Izuku. He was definitely angry. Shouto now saw why Izuku put the blame on him for Katsuki and Hanta being hurt.
Izuku felt betrayed.
"You feel betrayed. Don't you?"
"Damn right I do."
"You shouldn't. You don't deserve to feel betrayed. What you do to innocent people just to hide all of the dirty shit you do? You aren't a good person", Shouto says softly.
Izuku was able to pick up on his words and grins like a madman. "No, I'm not. I'm one corrupt bastard. But I love you~." He grabs Shouto's jaw and makes him look into his ravenous eyes.
"I love you sooo much. I'm really hurt that we are all in this position. I'm also devastated that you could easily take Kacchan's word for the shitty things I've done. You didn't even try to get my side of things."
Shouto quakes in fear, the feeling of the red liquid and its stench making him want to vomit. And the fact that he loved this man with every beat of his heart made him feel even more sick. Izuku let's him go and stands up with a groan. "No matter. It's already happened, can't change the past. I've got an idea!"
Shouto was afraid to speak.
"You choose who I kill. My betraying second-in-command." Izuku points to Hanta.
"Or my childhood friend that's been trying to take me down ever since he became a detective." He then points to Katsuki, who was still unconscious and had no clue what was going on.
"D-do I have to choose? Isn't th-there another way?"
"No", Izuku growled.
Shouto couldn't believe this.
He didn't know that the man he loved was really as cruel as Katsuki said he was. Izuku was a monster.
