Some of my AU's

They're a mess.
But I like them :)

I might actually make a full story out of one of them-
(Presumably the 3rd AU mentioned 👀)

And yes, the ones that I will put in here, are all based on some sort of medium, u might know some of them, but I'm sure you'll not recognize them all.

So anyways, let's start, shall we?

Monty Python and the Holy Grail

Ok, u gotta know this masterpiece. If u don't, I'm sorry. Ur missing out-

I'll give a short run down anyway, then I'll tell u who's who :)

Monty Python and the Holy Grail, or just the Holy Grail for short, is a comedy/ fantasy movie, based on the story of King Arthur and the knights of the Round Table, and the plot follows them on their quest to obtain the Holy Grail. The film was made in 1975, by the British surreal comedy troupe Monty Python, a group of 6 individuals, that acted as writers, producers and actors for the film.

Ok, for this AU, I just assigned a country to each character. Knowing the film, therefore makes understanding the next part a lot easier.

If u haven't watched the film.... do it. Watch it. It's great. Really. 10/10. I definitely do recommend.

So, now the characters :)

King Arthur - England
Sir Bedivere - Portugal
Sir Lancelot - Ireland
Sir Galahad - Wales
Sir Robin (the-not-quite-so-brave) - Flanders
King of Swamp Castle - Scotland
Prince Herbert (aka Scotland's son) - Isle of Man
The future "wife" (RIP) - Gascony
The Black Knight (also RIP) - Normany
The French Guard - France
The Knights who say ni - Norway, Sweden, Faroer
God - Pangea
The Black Beast of Aaaaaaargghh - HRE
(Great name btw)
The animator - probably me lol :)
The "Witch" - Spain
Tim the enchanter - Denmark
Bridgekeeper (RIP once more) - Prussia

There're more, but I don't care, and u also don't care, that's enough for now

Anyway, there u have it, the source of some of the best memes to have ever existed. Honestly, that alone is reason enough to watch that film...

Die Physiker

Alright, for this (and the next one) I'm pretty sure u haven't heard of the medium, but I'll tell u anyways.

"Die Physiker" or "The Physicists" in english, is a satiric drama written in 1961 by the Swiss writer Friedrich Dürrenmatt. It's constructed as a theatre piece and mostly follows the ideals of the classic drama, as the story never switches the place of action. Despite being a comedic piece, it plays with the question of scientific ethics, to be more precise, how humanity, or especially politics could and/or should handle responsibilities in form of technological and scientific advancements. Mind you, the book was written shortly after the end of the Second World War, during the time of the economic wonder.

The concrete place where the story happens is never said, although it's highly likely that the entire play is set somewhere in Switzerland. The play is specifically set in a mental institution. The story revolves around three people, all of them being patients in the institution. Mobius (who is arguably the main character) is a physician, like the other two, who says to have visions/can see the King Salomon. The other two however, are quite different from that, as they claim to be Albert Einstein and Sir Isaac Newton respectively. (U can see why this is funny :) ). However, all three of them are lying. I don't want to spoil anything, but I doubt that you'll read the book anyways. There was an Australian adaptation of the play once, back in 1964.
