It took me a no time at all to unpack from the small suitcase that I had brought, I had meant to do it last night but I was too busy trying to get to sleep over all that happened the day before and was still coming to grips with my parents. Once I had finished doing that I went down to get some breakfast. I was starving and as I got downstairs I realized that there was a fantastic smell coming from down the stairs. As I got closer the smell thickened and I was loving it. Esme was serving up pancakes and I grabbed a plate before stuffing them into my mouth. They tasted amazing. I decided that it was probably time that I got ready for school as Esme had signed me up yesterday when I arrived. I then had to ask her where I could get a school uniform from and she then rushed up stairs to get me some of Molly's old school uniform. I then got dressed before I walked through to Molly's room and asked her what I would need for school. The only thing was that she didn't seem to know and then went on to explain that she had dropped out. I decided that it would be best not to all her why as it could be something really personal, and I did not plan on staying with them for very long and do not want her to have to explain her life story to a girl she did not know. So  I decided to go downstairs so I could ask my foster mother what I would need. She told me that i would need a bag and some stationary. I headed back to Molly's room and asked her if she had any old bags I could borrow. She sighed before going on to tell me that there was a huge selection in the downstairs cupboards. I thanked her and rushed down the stairs, deliberately having ignored her annoyance at me.

I then got one of Molly's old school bags out of the downstairs cupboards and then went to pack it for the next day. I threw some of Molly's old stationary set and a couple of reading books into Molly's old bag. I then took it down stairs and felt relieved out that everything had been sorted out for school before going and getting into the car. For the first time in a few days I had a sense of control over everything.

The boys were argueing about who was going to get the front seat. So I decided to sneak past them and steal the sheet from both of them. It took them a good five minutes and a warning from Esme before they noticed me in the front seat and I heard Darren turn to Jack and mutter his annoyance over my being in 'his usual spot.' I choose to ignore him and continue to look out the window at the scenery outside Esme and John's house.

Esme walked me into the office, holding onto my shoulder before opening a door. She walked me into the head teachers office and sat me down in a chair across from the head teacher Mrs Cooper. After a few minutes of talking to her, she walked me into a class room on the third floor.  The more steeps I took the louder my heart started to beat until it was the only thing I could hear, it was louder than Mrs Cooper's words of encouragement.
