When I first entered their front garden I was informed that I wasn't the only child that they had. I was apprehensive about that because I was  used to being an only child and didn't quite know how to act around other children, left alone those who were going to be my siblings. I was told that they had a few other children . To which I was informed that they had 3 other children. 1 girl and 2 boys. It turned out that the girl was a 17 year old called Molly. The boys were 15 and 18. There names were Jack and Darren. I knew that I was going to find it hard to adjust to this new life style.  I just had no idea how difficult.

I arrive at the gates before realizing how huge the house was. I just stood outside the house and admired how big it actually was for a few minutes. The garden was huge and most of the space was taken up by a huge pond. The house was even bigger than the garden. My foster mother walked up to me and held me in a hug before telling me her name was Esme. Then after she had a shot at hugging me her husband, John, came up and shook my hand. Then Molly walked up to me and introduced herself but the two boys kept out the way. Esme then took me around the house and showed me the five bedrooms, three living rooms and the den. Before she took me into the kitchen and that was were I met my two foster brothers. Jack told me that he and Molly were actually children of Esme and John. I liked Jack but I wasn't so keen on Darren for a fifteen year old boy he didn't seem to do much. According to Jack he just sat in front of the TV all day and most of the night.

I walked back into the living room were Jack and Darren were arguing about who could get the "New Girl" to the ground. I looked down at my feet I may have been small but I reckoned that I could take them on. So with out warning I jumped at Jack and managed to get him to the floor before Darren attacked. His fist collided with my face and so I had a new bruise to show off to the world. I rolled over onto my back my face looking as though it was about to cry and so when Darren came to help me off the ground I dragged him down too. I then got off the ground and celebrated my victory. Thankfully this happened after Marianne left so she wasn't concerned.

" You know new girl you are not actually so bad. I'm Darren." He said before shaking my hand and smiling at me.Esme then came in and saw the three of us spawned across the floor laughing. She didn't look to happy about it and I knew that she had noticed the purple bruise that was on my face. She told us to get to our beds before she reached the count of three. So I couldn't do much as I didn't technically have a bed so I stood looking a bit confused before she lead to me to my new bedroom.  At this point she comforted my confusion by explaining that it was the only way to get the boys attention or to get them to be quite and leave her alone.   I just found it incredible that she had that much power over an eighteen year old boy as my parents did not have that much power over me.

I got changed and attempted to get to sleep but I just couldn't sleep. I tried walking around to make myself tired but nothing worked at all. I just lay on the ceilng thinking that seventy two hours ago I was with my parents being difficult and now I reget doing that. I wish almost more than anything that I could go back and change that.  The only thing I wanted more than that was to bring my parents back to me.

I couldn't wait to get back to my old life if I ever could, it wasn't looking to good for happening. I was hoping that they were still alive, even if they were missing I would rather that they were missing rather than that they were dead.  At least if they were missing I could see them again, well I'd have more of a chance than I had if they were dead.
