Disappearances

((I apologize sincerely for not uploading as often as you'd like my lovely readers, life is quite rough for me right now. My father has been in the hospital for almost 7 months for diabetic problems and was amputated of a leg yesterday. We are currently working on getting the house ready for him for when he comes back in a few months. Very sorry for the lack of updates and I'll try to make it up to you when things go a little more smoothly.))

3rd person POV:

A few days have passed since the attack on Todoroki, Bakugou and Sero happened. They managed to spare more burn scars for Todoroki but they, unfortunately, couldn't save Sero's fingers since they were nowhere to be found to graft them back to his hands but lucky him, Hatsume crafted him new mechanical fingers but he'll needs time for re-education so the Commission has put him off duty until complete recovery. As for Bakugou, he was able to leave the hospital quickly, despite a concussion and a broken arm, and almost immediately went back on duty despite Kirishima's pleas for him to rest a few more days. He needed to go back to work and get his mind off the Puppeteer Villain, unfortunately for him the Puppeteer was taunting him even at work.

"We have another missing person." Aizawa says, since the attack on the three young pros, people have been vanishing into thin air. Some are Heroes, simple citizens and surprisingly Villains too.

"Who is it this time kero?"

"Kai Chisaki, also known as the leader of the Shie Hassaikai Overhaul."

"Another Villain? Damn what is going on?" Denki says as he plays with Ojiro's tail, it helps him focus.

"That's what we are trying to figure out Kaminari-kun, so far all we know is that whoever is behind this targets anyone and leaves no trace behind them. And there is no obvious links that relates our missing people whatsoever." Uraraka says as she brings back all the files of the people who went missing recently. Random civilians, Ingenium, Mina Ashido, Mirio Togata, Gigantomachia, Dr Tsubasa, Midnight, Naomasa Tsukauchi, Sansa Tamakawa, Police Chief Kenji Tsuragamae and now Kai Chisaki joins their rank.

"But there must be some kind of link right? Since most likely got kidnapped by the same person."

"We are still trying to figure that out. Any news from Iida?"

"He is persuaded Stain has something to do with his brother's sudden disappearance."

"We saw Ingenium. Icy-Hot and Sero can confirm it." All heads turn toward Bakugou in shock.

"Explain yourself Bakugou." Aizawa says with a serious tone.

"When we were attacked by the LoV one of them, a man with a Puppeteer type of Quirk, used a puppet that looked exactly like Ingenium. The Villain confirmed it was indeed Ingenium."

"But how is it possible?!"

"His Quirk allows him to turn any living thing he touches into puppets and use them to fight. He can even use the puppets Quirk as he pleases."

"Shit..." Was all the Aizawa found to say.

"How are we going to tell Tenya-kun..." Ochako says sadly, Iida and her have been dating almost since the beginning of UA but these past three years, Iida has been very distant from her. His wish to find his brother has slowly drove him away from his girlfriend and his friends in general.

"He will need all our support when we tell him. I just hope he won't go after the League and do something stupid."

"We must find more informations on this Puppeteer, surely there shouldn't be that many people with a Quirk like his right? Should be fairly easy to find don't you think?" Mineta says as he looks through the files.
"Unless his Quirk was not registered, now that would be a MASSIVE thorn in our side."

"...You just fucking jinxed us great job Mineta!" It's not often that Momo swears, but when she does, hide yourselves real quick. Aizawa sighs, he still didn't get his beloved coffee so he isn't up to deal with his ex students bickering.

"Enough problem children. Now is not the time to bicker, we have a dangerous new Villain on the loose that needs to be stopped as soon as possible. So put on your big boys and girls pants and get to work. Uravity will break the news to Ingenium about his brother, All Might and I will be there to stop him from doing anything stupid. " While All Might retired from being a hero he still helps from time to time when things are getting difficult.

"What a drag." Kaminari says as he re-reads the report on the attack on his comrades, hoping to find something that could help them even if it's just a little, then it hits him like a fist in the nose.
"Hey ,he seems to work with the LOV right? Don't we have a contact in the LOV that could give us infos on that weirdo ?" A long silence follows, out of ALL PEOPLE in the room it was Kaminari who pointed it out.

"Denki. If you weren't dating someone, I'd kiss you fully on the lips right now." Jirou says with a laugh, this just makes Kaminari grin widely at his friend.

"I'd almost call you a genius. Almost." Now that's the cherry on the cake, that might be the nicest thing Bakugou ever said to Denki ever.

"Holy shit, did Bakugou just...compliment me?" says Denki absolutely dumbfounded.

"...It must be his concussion. It's not fully healed yet~." Uraraka says jokingly.

"Shut up extras!"

"Now that's more like our good old Bakugou!" Denki snickers.

"I'll get in contact with our spy, meanwhile keep an eye out for any other suspicious disappearances that could be related to the Puppeteer." Aizawa says, they are slowly getting closer to all those missing people, some being their friends and comrades, and he will be damned if he lets any more of his friends or ex students be turned into mindless puppets and be used by some sick psycho who wants to play dollies. If he wants to play then they will be two to play.

((as a way to find your forgiveness I will give you the choice of who will be the Puppeteer's next pretty doll! Bakugou is, of course, out of the picture for now. I still need him for the story. Just comment to vote for the next puppet in this list:
