I have missed Emery since she left. I've heard about her plane and I don't even know if she is okay.
Last I heard they said all people who were on this plane died. I'm sure Emery is okay. I sure hope so. It's been crazy having Claire over. She is the wildest of the family.
My phone starts to ring.
"Oh, Emery hi! I miss you so much! Are you okay?"
"Ok hold it down Alex I am fine. I got a great offer from my cousin since you know my plane got high jacked. I ended up jumping out of it with a parachute and I got stuck in my cousin's tree."
"Wow! I am just glad you are okay."
"I always knew how to skydive. Plus I did get trained on that. I failed the police academy and it felt better to do medical instead."
"Wow, I never knew you were originally wanting to do that."
"I guess it never came up. Anyways I just wanted to let you know I made it okay."
"Oh. Thanks for letting me know!"
"Of course!"
"I better go I have an operation in New Mexico."
"Ok. Be safe. Love you!"
"Talk to you later."
Alex hung up and was relieved she was okay and went to his operation.
Some Indians grab him and they speak in Navajo.
They hold him back and bring him to the chief of the land.
Alex speaks to them in their language and explains he heard they needed help and is here to do an operation.
They ordered him to help the son of the chief and to do surgery on him.
Alex nodded and listened.
He operated on that tribe member and Claire stayed in the cabin.
Emery went to her workstation and got right to her clients.
"You know I see you going very well with Dr.Greenland he seems just as sweet as you."
"I appreciate the offer. I'm already taken though."
"I see. Well, best of luck to you and the lucky guy!"
"Well, we aren't engaged. Thanks!"
Emery works and one of Renny's roommates comes and wraps his arm around her.
"Hi, this means my space is there and you walked into it."
"You are pretty cute when you are feisty."
"Don't be afraid to let the door slam on you because Renny owns this place."
"Ok chill. Sorry, we were only joking. You are so psychotic."
"Well, I have been through a lot, and mind you my plane got high jacked yesterday so I very much need my space. I am quite claustrophobic. Also afraid of heights."
"Well, we will make sure we won't let that happen. Anyone that matters to Renny matters to us."
"Alright."
"I'll go get dinner ready."
"That won't be necessary."
"It is not a problem."
Emery makes everyone dinner and Renny comes home and eats home and Emery is asleep.
"Dude! Your cousin is so nice and she is pretty sassy!"
"She has to be. She has been through a lot. She is the best on my team."
"Well, you picked a good one."
"I always do. I always do."
