"Hey is Delaney in?" Bucky said as he came up to Delaney's medical office.
"Uh yeah she is." The nurse said
She lead him back to her office where she was going over some test results.
"Dr Peterson." The nurse said
"Oh hey." She said as Bucky stepped in.
The nurse shut the door as she left.
"Hey.." he said
"Hey." She said
"I won't keep you cause you are working. But I was wondering if you would like to have dinner with me?" He said
She looked up at him.
"Like a date?" She said
"Yes like a date. I will pick you up bring you home kiss you Goodnight and pay for dinner." He said
She bit her lip, "You want to start over fresh?" She said
"Yeah.." he said
She stood up and walked over to him.
"Hi, I'm Dr Delaney Peterson." She said
He smiled at her. "Dr James Barnes but most people call me Bucky." He said
"We can do dinner." She said
"Delaney..just so you are aware. I had been separated from Sadie for four months the night we met. I had never done what I did with you that night before. I never thought I would cheat. Me and Sadie were having problems. I was sleeping on my best friends couch." He said
"Okay.." she said
They exchanged numbers. "I'll let you get back to work. I have a surgery to prepare for in 30. So I'll talk to you later." He said
"Yeah." She said
"And Dinner on Saturday?" He said
"Yeah I'm free." She said as he opened the door.
"Great." He said as he left.
