Gerard was in surgery as Ray and Mikey waited impatiently but at the same time worriedly. "W-what if he dies.." Mikey said as he shed a tear. "Mikey he ain't gonna die I promise.." Ray said as he held Mikey's hand.
A few hours later the surgery was done and Gerard was slowly becoming awake. "Where am I..?" Gerard said as he looked around. "You're in the hospital, Gerard." A doctor said as they looked at half awoken Gerard.
"W-why..?" Gerard asked as he became worried. "You was in a accident and you almost died." The doctor said as they sighed.
"Oh.." Gerard said as he looked down. The doctor then let Ray and Mikey come in as Gerard looked at them both.
"Hey guys.." Gerard said as he looked at them. "Hey Gee, how are you feeling?" Mikey asked as he sat in a chair near his hospital bed. "A little sore." Gerard said as he groaned.
"That bitch stabbed you." Ray said as he was angry with Jake's gang. "Yeah..but we will find a way to get rid of them." Gerard said as he put a hand on the spot where he got stabbed.
"It's more than sore actually.." Gerard said as he groaned in pain. "Knew it." Mikey said as he giggled a bit.
"At least you're okay Gerard." Ray said smiling as he held Gerard's hand. "I'm lucky to still even be alive.." Gerard said faking a smile.
"Hey where's... Lindsey..?" Gerard asked at he looked at them. "At home with Robin, she's asleep in you're bed. I got the house on protection mode so she's fine." Mikey said as Gerard nodded.
"When can I.. get out of here..?" Gerard asked. "Whenever you're womb heals I guess." Ray said as he shrugged.
Gerard sighed as he closed his eyes. "I won't let him get away with this.." Gerard said as he breathed heavily.
"Gerard if we continue with this we might either get killed or get sent to prison. All I wanted to do was go to college and just a get good job but Instead were acting like assholes in the city." Ray said as he looked at Gerard.
"Ray there's no choice..we have 14 people after us and we just gotta do something. We can't be cowards and let them get away with this." Gerard said as he opened his eyes slowly and looked at Ray.
"But-" Ray got cut off by Gerard. "-I'm not afraid anymore...I'm not a quitter. I don't think I'm that much of a dick and let him just take us over like he's better than us. We got.. to do.. something.. and I'm not gonna keep feeding the beast..and if you do...the beast will keep coming back and destroy us even more." Gerard said looking Ray in the eyes.
Ray cleared his throat as he looked down speechless. "You know...that we have to do something..." Gerard said as he looked at Ray again, with his voice all cracky and horse. "Please.." He said as he teared up and squeezed Ray's hand.
Mikey looked at Gerard with sad eyes, as Ray looked at Gerard and put his other hand over Gerard's hand that he was holding Ray's hand with. "Okay.." Ray whispered as he teared up.
"Thank...you.." Gerard said as his voice was all shaky and horse. "You don't have to thank me..G-Gerard.." Ray said as he started to cry silently as Gerard looked awful.
Mikey walked over to Gerard and placed his hand on his cheek. "You're so so strong.." Mikey said as he looked at Gerard in the eyes. "That's what...you think.." Gerard said as he groaned.
A few day's later Mikey, Robin, Ray, and Lindsey came to visit Gerard in the hospital again.
"Gerard oh my god are you alright?!" Lindsey said as he rushed over to Gerard before the others even got in the room. "Lindsey thank god you're here." Gerard said as he looked at Lindsey.
Lindsey placed her hand on his cheek. "What happened?" She asked as she became sad. "One of the gang members stabbed me and the doctor told me I almost died..but baby I'm okay." Gerard said as he placed his hands on both of her cheeks. Lindsey then kissed Gerard passionately as the others walked in the hospital room.
They then broke loose from the kiss. "How are you feeling baby..?" Lindsey asked him. "A little sore that's all but I'm slowly healing." Gerard said as he smiled a bit. "I missed you.." Lindsey said as she frowned.
"I missed you too baby..oh how worried I was about you.." Gerard said as he placed a small kiss on her forehead.
"I was more worried about you after I heard what happened.." Lindsey said as she placed 3 kisses on his lips.
"Hey Gee." Ray said as he walked over to him. "Hey Ray. I seen you standing there." Gerard said as he chuckled a bit but groaned after as It hurt to laugh.
"Don't laugh baby because you're gonna hurt real bad." Lindsey said as she sat on his lap in the bed and played with his hair.
"I forgot about that.." Gerard said as he sighed.
Ray laughed as he handed Gerard his gift Lindsey got him. "What's this?" Gerard asked. "Open it." Ray said smiling.
Gerard nodded as he opened the gift as Lindsey wrapped her arms around his neck, the gift was a record of Iron Maiden.
"Oh my god I love it!" Gerard exclaimed as he held it and looked at it as the others laughed at his reaction to the record. It was so adorable.
"Thank you so so so much!" Gerard said as he was so happy. "I picked that out for you baby since that's you're favourite band." Lindsey said smiling. "Thank you so much babe!" Gerard said smiling as he kissed her cheek.
"Do you mind if I stay a night with you at the hospital?" Lindsey asked Gerard. "I don't mind at all." Gerard said as he carefully put the record back in the bag and placed it on the ground.
"Yay!" Lindsey said as she smiled
