The throne room fell silent. The Golden Guard was frozen with shock.
"I...I...don't...know anything." The Golden Guard stutters to get out.
"Don't lie to me son! Tell me what you know about the twins!" Emperor Belos demanded again.
"Um...The twins names are Emira and Edric. They are both powerful illusion witches. Strong enough to both be Coven leaders someday. Emira and Edric like having fun..." The Golden Guard pauses and thinks about Edric and what could be with him. And the best friendship with Emira. "But even having fun they still get their work done." The Golden Guard finally finishs. Underneath his mask he was sweating like crazy.
"And what about their personal lives. That is why I allowed you to go on this "missions" so we can keep an eye on that family. That family is too powerful and too close to that owl lady and the human." Emperor Belos demanded.
"Emira is really nice. She makes everyone feel included. She really helps with the dynamic of this group. And then Edric...Edric he is...um...a really good witch." That was all the Golden Guard could say about Edric. The Golden Guard began to started sweating buckets. There was no one for him to actually tell the Emperor about Edric without him exposing their relationship.
"Is that all about this Edric guy." Emperor Belos said while leaning back on his throne.
"Yes he is a powerful witch." The Golden Guard says quickly.
"Oh so he is not your BOYFRIEND."
"What are you talking about my lord?" The Golden Guards voice cracked in fear.
Back at the Blight Manor. Edric and Emira were coming home after not finding the Golden Guard.
"Hey look Ed on the bright side we can go back to Hexside and we get to see Mittens and Luz and those weird detention witches I think Jerbo and Viney. Titan I hate those detention witches. Emira says trying to cheer him up. Edric just glares at him.
"You know you ruined my only relationship with a guy that I actually loved! I just want to apologize to him and be with him. I just don't know how without him getting caught and losing his job?" Edric says aloud.
"I am really sorry Ed and you know what...I will get Goldie back for you." Emira says.
"Wait really?!?!" Edric shrieks.
"Yes this is all my fault and Goldie is such a good person. More then what he let's on to be. I also want you to be happy." Emira tries to cheer Edric up.
