Nuzlockes have accidentally become my brand haha. I never intended for this to be my main content here, but hearing how many people enjoy them makes each one worth the time and effort I put into them. With that said, let's talk about our next journey.
We are heading into the Sinnoh region in Pokemon Platinum for the fourth Nuzlocke I've done. I have never played Platinum, so this will be a new experience for me and I hope you enjoy it as much as I will.
I'm using the same rules as always. Here's a quick refresher in case you forgot them.
1. I can only catch the first Pokemon I encounter on a route or in an area.
2. Dupes Clause is in play. Meaning that if the first Pokemon encountered in an area is one I already have, I can encounter another one until I find one I don't have. This is to keep each pokemon unique and memorable.
3. I have to name every Pokemon I get. I usually let my group chat name my pokemon but I'll probably name a few myself as well. I've been learning a lot about Greek Mythology so I may name a few Pokemon after some Gods and Goddesses.
4. If a Pokemon faints then it is considered dead and I can no longer use it in battle. This is the rule that made me add that quote from the beginning. I expect this game to give us many deaths due to the challenges it has. Let's hope for the best.
5. Legendaries are allowed if they are my first encounter in an area.
