"Wait...really?" James furrowed his brow. "She seems pretty chill most of the time."

I had told him about the unpleasant encounter with the blonde in the hallway yesterday.
Apparently, she's the leader of "the Brookeman girls", according to every single person in this school. And her name is Audrey. Which is a pretty nice name for someone so evil.

"Yeah, I'm not kidding. She hates my guts, and I don't even know her!" I spat. James shrugged.
"She's jealous."

It made me blush a little.
He's defending me. No boy had done that before.

"Yeah I guess. But I'm just a nobody, why would she be jealous of me?"

"Probably because your friends with me," he smirked. "But I don't mind girls fighting over me."
I rolled my eyes playfully.
"If your so popular, than why are you hanging out with, you know, me?"

James looked at me, up and down. Examining my appearance.
"I don't know what your talking about," he shrugged. "You look..perfect to me." He said it so easily that it almost made me die. His cheeks were bright red, as he bit his bottom lip. Something that gets me turned on sometimes.
Maybe I did like James. Maybe not everyone hates me, just the Brookeman girls. (Unless they spread some horrid rumor about me. Which I don't doubt.)

The rest of the day was a blur. My teachers gave us 10 pounds of homework, and we had to run a mile in gym next.

As I put down my homework for my teacher Mr.Wakemen, I headed for gym. With my change of clothes in my bag.

Opening my locker, at the corner of my eye, stood Audrey.
Thing is, we have gym together.
But it didn't look like she was going to get to the gym anytime soon, it was like she was waiting. For me.

"What?" I spat, a little more quietly than I intended it to be.

"I'm not doing anything...?" She raised an eyebrow in confusion, and frowned in annoyance.
I would tell her, that her shoes are untied, her makeup is smeared, and that she looks fat with that loose shirt, but I don't want to cause anymore problems with her.

"Damn, so stubborn." Audrey mumbled as she walked away from me. No longer acting like my stalker.

I hated that girl. But I don't know why, Why does she hate me?

"Okay you little shrimps. Lets get going! On your mark, get set, run!" The coach shouted.

Everyone sprinted off to finish their mile.
I ran as fast as my legs would let me. Feeling the cold breeze run through my hair, brushing it off my shoulders. That's what I've needed these past couple days.
A breeze off my shoulders.

"Go Celia!" James cheered.
I looked over to see he had already finished his mile.
Most of the girls were still running it anyways, so I didn't feel left out.

"Oh damn, my ankles gonna pop. Damn." A girl beside me muttered. She had bright blue eyes, and calm blonde hair. It made me a bit envy for her natural looks. She was panting very heavily with exhaustion.
"You should take a break," I said without thinking. She looked over at me with tired eyes. "I can't, coach will hover my ass, and make me run 2 extra miles."

As we laughed, I guess she got into the sudden conversation, because after a few exchange of comments, we were already finished with our mile.

I passed the finish line, letting out a huge sigh of relief.
"You got 8 minutes Celia," James walked up to me and said. I smiled at my surprise achievement.

"We're you running with...her?" James pointed at the girl I was talking to. I nodded, still looking at her curiously. Have I met her before?

"What's her name?" I asked.

James shrugged.
"They call her Claudia, she's a Brookeman Girl I think. Pretty sure she is."

My heart stopped. I've been talking to a Brookeman Girl? Did they send her to get details on me for their evil plans? Good thing I didn't tell her where I lived. Or then, I'd be dead by morning.

I grabbed my sports bag, and walked back into the gym. James informed me a little more about the Brookeman Girls.
I learned a lot about them, some that I wanted to know about, and some that made me cringe.

There was the Leader of the girls. Audrey, who I learned was 17, and had committed 11 crimes (murders) so far. But only got arrested for 1.
(She's a sneaky bitch).

Laura, the second girl. Also known as Audrey's first best friend. She had committed only 5 crimes. And had never been arrested.

Claudia, the third girl. She usually hangs out with Laura more than Audrey. She's committed no crimes herself. But has helped Audrey with hers. She seems pretty clean to me.

And then, there was the Fourth girl. Cameron. James had told me that Cameron was originally the leader of it before Audrey ever transferred to this school. Before Audrey, the Brookeman Girls was just a group of girls on the same street. Now, Audrey made it one horrifying death defying group. One you should run away from. I know Cameron means no harm. She just wants to fit in.
But is committing murder and crime worth it?

"Celia..." James waved a hand in my face. I shook my head. "Oh, sorry, just thinking."

We walked back to our classes, and I waved goodbye to James. He did the same, and walked away.

I stopped at the water fountain to get a quick drink.
The water tingled on my tongue.
It's been a while since I've been feeling watched. The eager feeling of eyes on me, it's unbearable.
Like the eyes are slowly killing me. To know who was stalking me. The curiosity wanting an answer.

"Hello bitch."

A bag was placed over my head. And the walls felt like they were closing in on me. I was suffocating.

I'm being kidnapped.
Or murdered.

Either way, I might die.

I struggled to get off the persons grip. But I felt 4 hands on me.
Two hands on each of my legs.
Two hands on my arms.
They're grip was tightening. And slowly, they picked me up. And I was slumped over someone's shoulder. Why was this happening? To me?

"Cats got your tongue?" A strained voice whispered into my ear. "No," I managed to squeak.

"Correct." Another voice said. It was raspy, and sounded as if they had been smoking for years.
"Want to know who's got your tongue?"

I didn't say anything.

"Say yes!" The the strained voice shouted.

"Y-yes!"

They chuckled deeply. An evil laugh. One that has an idea of what will happen to me next.

"Four bitches have got you."

And with that, a felt a shovel hit my head.
