Meanwhile, Elijah went into the ship on the shore and started to look towards the village. As in a way he was waiting for someone.

"Hey, guys! Do you think he might just come off suddenly?" asked Elijah as he was curious.

"What no way! For him, we're just random strangers. Why on earth would he ever want to join us like that?" replied Orwan.

"Yeah but he was kinda fun..." smiled Elijah.

"Woah! Weren't you the one who hated him?" laughed Catie.

"What? No, I don't hate him alright! He's a bit annoying, but he was fine..."

"Well, he hasn't come yet. And the captain of the ship just announced that he is about to start the ship at any moment now. So we can't delay." affirmed Khalia.

"Oh well, it's fine," responded Elijah as he still looked towards the village.

Just at the time, the ship was about to start, Elijah heard a distant voice calling out his name. Not only him, everyone else heard. And it sounded like a girl's voice.

"Why do I have a feeling that a... girl... is calling out Elijah's name?" asked Andel as he frowned.

"Well it's not a feeling, that girl... is running towards the ship..." said Catie in surprise.

"Elijah!! Elijah!!" shouted Lara from a distance as she was running and she knew his name as Gael told the entire story to Doctor McLee when they were back in his yard. And so Doctor McLee told it to Lara.

Even the Doctor started to shout his name. Elijah then was confused about what was happening and then he saw someone running from a far distance as fast as he could.

With the help of his Engine Form, Elijah then saw closely that it was Gael who was running with some bags.

"Guys! It's Gael!" announced Elijah.

"Eh? How do you know that?" asked Catie.

"I can see dammit! It's Gael!"

"Oh yeah, Elijah's Engine Form!" said Andel.

"Khalia! Can you tell the captain to stop?" requested Elijah.

"I don't think he will. He has already started!" shouted Khalia as she was on the top floor of the ship.

"Wait...that small boy is coming?? Is he not afraid of anything...?" questioned Orwan.

"Haha! Yeah, that kid's great! I told ya. And well, Orwan everybody is not like you, you know..." mocked Catie.

"Very funny..." replied Orwan.

Elijah then without any hesitation, got out of the ship and started to run towards them.

"What the hell is that idiot doing?" ridiculed Catie.

"I think... he likes that kid." realized Perria.

"He'll be fine. He's planning to jump with the kid into the ship." sighed Andel.

Elijah then reached out to Gael with the bags he took from Lara and Doctor McLee.

Gael then waved at him and shouted, "Hey! Elijah! I am coming too!"

"You idiot! The ship is going! Hurry up!" shouted Elijah as he was running towards him. And then suddenly he saw a flashback of a small boy running towards him exactly how Gael did. He paused for a moment and was weirdly surprised. He then smiled after Gael was finally reaching Elijah.

Gael then started to lecture him from a distance, " 'idiot'? Who's the big idiot here huh? I am coming to join your team and you greet me like this? Your hopeless Elijah!"

Elijah facepalmed himself and shouted, "Okay okay! Now come on, fast!"

Gael then hurried up to him and carried Gael up his back and started to run as fast he could towards the ship.

The ship already was far away from where they were. They tried their best to run as fast as they could, and they finally reached beside the ship which was still far enough as they had to cross the river to reach the ship.

"What are we going to do Elijah?" panicked Gael.

"Perria!" shouted Elijah.

"So, he finally came!" sighed Catie.

Perria then bent her palms down and brought out her robot's leg outside from her right hand and the left, the robot's hand, so that it could stretch far enough to reach them. And then Elijah climbed upon with Gael on his back and then jumped into the ship.

"Hey there buddy! We meet again!" smiled Andel.

"Oh, hey there you guys!" said Gael joyfully.

Gael then suddenly turned back towards the village and saw Doctor McLee and Lara still standing near the river and waving at him.

"Goodbye Doc and Miss Lara! I will come back and tell you all my adventures! See ya!" shouted Gael as he waved at them. And they happily waved back at them.

Gael then smiled and remembered all the memories of Doctor McLee, how clumsy they were, how much they used to fight, he then thought in his mind, "Thank you Doc! It's because of you I could come up till here now. And stand here today. I will come back one day. And tell you everything about my journey with them."
