Then suddenly the fog disappeared. And Patrick saw a small boy coming out of the place he left off wearing a protective gear type of mask covering his mouth.

"Leave them alone! And get out of my village!" said a distant voice from far.

Patrick started walking towards the voice and was shocked to see a child speaking to him and said, "Haha! A kid? Giving me orders? Oh wow you geniuses are something aren't ya!"

Patrick then tried controlling him by his Engine Form. But somehow Gael resisted with the soundproof earbuds. A gadget he had created which he called 'Hush bud'. And he had already identified how his ability worked. As he realized that the moment he talks, someone becomes an enemy to their comrade or in other words gets controlled by him. So through his controller, he activated those earbuds as soon as he started speaking.

Patrick soon understood that he was indeed doing something that could resist him, "Oh, I see, you new generation lads are just a show-off with technology. You people don't understand the real work of nature. The prestigious monuments, historical stones, treasures, all of these come from nature itself. Yet, insolence like you destroy the piece."

Gael couldn't hear a word he said but he was startled to see that Patrick Willmond, a known scholar would be capable of doing such a thing and he shouted," Why are you doing this Mr. Willmond? Aren't you a great scholar? People admire you here. Everyone knows you well for your discoveries. Then why? Why such violence are you kind of a scholar creating?"

"Why? 'Why' you ask? Well, you're going to die anyway, so why don't I tell you myself?" replied Patrick.

Gael noticed that he suddenly turned calm and that concluded that he wasn't using his ability. So he then deactivated soundproof from the earbud. Yet he kept it on for safety and started listening to what Patrick had to say.

"When I was little I was admired for the fact that I had an ability like this. Getting to know various information, controlling people's minds, manipulating them, is all a great thing that happened to me don't you think? And that is when I thought I could put this ability to use to achieve things that are hard to get or no one could find off. I wasn't able to get certain artifacts, diamonds, gold, platinum, and more of the precious most valuable things ever to exist and not be found by a lot of ya. And that is when I met Lord Reuter! Ah, Lord Reuter! Was the savior of my entire life! He signed a contract with me saying he would tell me every location of where these wonderful treasures are kept and also give me detailed information about them. And in fact, it's because of him I earned a great name! I am here today because of you Lord Reuter!"

"I have no idea who this 'Lord' is, but I know he is the enemy leading you to do all this to my village and these 6 people here. Whatever it is, you must stop. Mr. Willmond, you are better than this Sir. You can't stoop so low." said Gael disappointingly.

"Hmm? Oh yes, I had no intention of killing people or putting up a fight here ya' know. But my only reason for coming here was to get my hands on the precious stone your village has, the Trixannia!" delighted Patrick.

"Trixannia? For a stone? You killed people and put them in danger just for a stone??" asked Gael frowningly.

"Well dear, it's not just 'a stone'. From my discoveries, Trixannia is one in a million stones. And the only place this gem is available is 'The Kingdom Of Eveleynia'. And yes, if people get in my way of discovering my passion, I will without no doubt, kill them if I have to..." responded Patrick.

"So this is how you get your treasures? By manipulating people's minds? By controlling people? Killing them? I and many people admired you, Mr. Willmond. You are lower than a pile of garbage!" said Gael in disgust.
