Chapter 15

I week later
"C'mon Emma!" whined Mary Margaret. "You need to get out of the house."

"Every time I do I always see them together!" said Emma.

"You know I love having you here, but you have been here for a week. It's time for you to go home!"

Just then Emma's phone buzzed and she pulled it out. It was Killian. He had already left her 13 voicemails, 47 missed calls, and 118 text messages. He would not give up!

"Who was that?" asked Mary Margaret.

"Nobody." replied Emma.

"We all know it was Killian."

"No you don't."

"Just talk to him!"

"No!"

"Hey mom, I'm going to Granny's. Do you want anything?" asked Henry who just walked into the room.

"Can I have a grilled cheese please?" asked Emma.

"Sure!"

Henry walked into Granny's and placed his order.

"Coming right up!" said Ruby.

Just then, Killian walked in. Henry went right up to him and got his attention.

"Hey lad! How are you doing?" asked Killian. He was very happy and surprised that Henry came up to him.

"I could be better." replied Henry.

"I know. I'm so sorry for all of the pain that I caused you and your mom." said Killian. There was a lot of regret and sadness in his tone. "But you came up to me so what do you want to talk about?"

"Why?"

"What what?"

"Why were you sitting there with Milah with your arm around her? why was she laying on your chest? Why did you pick her up and spin her around when you saw her? Why didn't you make her leave when it got late?"

"I know I should not have picked her up like that Henry. I was just caught up in the moment. I had not seen her in 200 years. And honestly I was going to make her leave but we fell asleep talking. I don't know why my arm was around her. When I fell asleep, she was on another chair. I love your mom is much Henry. I would never do anything to hurt her. She means the world to me and I can't imagine my life without her in it. She brings out the best in me and I can't loose her!"

"Then we have some work to do!" cried Henry. "She needs to know what really happened!"

"Henry your food is ready!" shouted Ruby from behind the counter.

Henry got up from his chair, grabbed the bag of food, and walked out the door.

When he got back to the apartment, Emma was watching a movie. Henry gave Emma her grilled cheese and sat down next to her.

"Can you take me back to our house?" asked Henry. "I need to grab something."

"I guess so." replied Emma.

She grabbed her car keys and they walked to her yellow bug.

When they got to their house, Henry was hoping the Killian would be there to apologize to Emma. Sadly, he wasn't and Henry had to go grab something from his room. He came back down and they left.

Emma was relieved that Killian wasn't there. She suspected Henry was trying to get them to talk but she want sure. She really wanted to talk to Killian and go up to him and hug him but he liked Milah. He had already made his decision.

On their way back to the loft, Emma stopped to get Henry some ice cream, per his request. She told him they had to walk until he finished his ice cream so it didn't get all over the car. When they walked past Granny's, Emma stopped in to get a coffee. While she was waiting she turned around to find Killian... with Milah. She had just sat down next to him and was talking in a very flirty way. Then finally she kissed him. Emma turned to walk out before she saw anything else. However she didn't see the part where he pushed her off and stood up. Just in time to see Emma running out . She was talking to Henry and he stared walking towards her parent's house.

She was outside obviously crying.

Bloody hell thought Killian. He ran out and when she saw him she ran away. He grabbed her arm but she just pulled away.

He watched her as she walked away thinking about how beautiful she was. If only she knew how much he loved her.
