Chapter 22

The Charming's Palace

The boy walked to the castle.

"I'm here to see Princess Emma." he said to the guard.

"Is she expecting you?"

"No."

"I need you to wait here." said the guard.

The boy stood outside the gate and watched the guard walk towards the castle.

"Princess Emma, there is a boy here that requests to see you." said the guard.

"Did he say why?" asked Emma.

"No, he just requested to speak with you."

"Okay, I will meet him in the courtyard in five minutes."

The guard walked back to the boy who was impatiently waiting.

"She said that she will speak to you in her courtyard."

A huge grin spread across the boy's face. "Thank you so much!" he exclaimed.

The guard led the boy through the palace gates and to the Princess's courtyard. Emma was sitting there waiting for the boy to arrive. He walked up to Emma with the guard. Emma stood up to greet them and both of them bowed to her and she curtsied back. Then the guard walked away and left the other two to talk. Emma led he bit over to a bench and they say down.

"What is your name?" asked Emma.

"My name is Henry."

"Now what did you want to talk to me about, Henry." asked Emma.

"You most likely will not believe a single thing I am about to tell you, but I will say it anyway." said Henry.

"Okay..." said Emma who was very confused.

"I will tell you the whole story, and then at the end I will answer all of the questions you will have."

"Okay." replied Emma. She was very intrigued by Henry. She seemed to recognize him from somewhere, but she couldn't figure out where from.

"So you are the daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming." Emma nodded. "When you were a baby, the Evil Queen cast a curse on the enchanted forest. Your parents put you through a magical wardrobe and you were sent to another land. You were meant to come and find your family on your 28th birthday and save your family. Everyone from the enchanted forest was taken to a place called Storybrooke. On the night of your 28th birthday, I came and found you and told you I was your son. It took a couple of minutes, but I convinced you to come back to Storybrooke with me. Long story short, you broke the curse and everyone remembered who they were. Then you fell in love with a pirate and you got engaged. Then a new curse came and brought us all back to the enchanted forest. I am the only one who remembers and we need to find a way to break the curse." explained Henry.

"Woah kid! None of this ever happened!"

"I told you that would happen."

"What would?"

"You don't believe me!"

"Because none of it is true."

"Yes it is! You have to believe me!"

"I'm sorry kid, but there is no way any of this happened. The Evil Queen didn't cast that curse because my parents have her locked up in a prison! Plus I am not your mother! This is crazy!"

"Please believe me! All you need to do is find Captain Hook and kiss him! True loves kiss will break the curse!"

"Captain Hook! He's the most fearsome pirate in all of he realms! I would never come close to him, let alone kiss him!"

"Fine! If you won't kiss him then I guess I will have to get him to come kiss you!"

Then Henry ran as fast as he could all the way to where he saw the Jolly Roger the day before. Hook was just walking back to his ship when Henry caught up to him.

"Hook! Wait up!" called Henry.

"What do you want now boy!"

"Can I please just have ten minutes of your time?" also Henry with a pleading look on his face.

"Look mate, I'm a very busy pirate and I don't have much time so I'll make you a deal. You have five minutes. No more no less."

"Deal!" said Henry.

They walked over to a couple of hide rocks that were scattered around and sat down in them.

"What is your name mate?" Asked Hook.

"My name is Henry."

"Now what do you want Henry?"

"You most likely will not believe a single thing I am about to tell you, but I will say it anyway." said Henry.

"Okay." said Hook.

"So 28 years ago Regina, the Evil Queen, cast a curse on the enchanted forest. It took everyone to a little town called Storybrooke. You all lived there for 28 years until I found my birth mom, Emma Swan." Henry paused a minute to see if that name rang a bell to Hook. It didn't, so he continued his story. " she came back and broke the curse. You two fell in love and we all lived together. Then one day we found out that a new curse was coming. That night you asked Emma to marry you and she said yes. Then the curse came and we all came back here and I'm the only person who can remember Storybrooke." cried Henry

"This is bloody crazy!" shouted Hook.

"You need to believe me!"

"I'm sorry mate, but this is not real."

"But if you find Princess Emma and kiss her, the curse will be broken."

"Your five minutes are up and I don't have any time for this nonsense. You need to go home to your family."

"I don't have a family, I have just been living in the woods since the curse brought us here."

"Where are your parents?"

"I already told you, Emma is my mom!"

"Look kid, I May be a pirate but I am not about to leave a child to live in the woods. You may come to the Jolly Roger with me if you would like to."

Henry beamed at the kindness of the pirate. "I would love to!"
