QINGCE VILLAGE
"Glaze lilies are one of the most beautiful flowers, if not then the most wouldn't you agree?"
you stated, handing Zhongli one as you admired the others.Zhongli and (Y/N) have been hanging out now for the past couple of days, Zhongli would meet them infront of the Wangsheng Funeral parlor and he'd show them around the finest places Liyue while calmly telling her the history along the way. The two are now comfortable enough to make little jokes here and there and would casually sneak away from Childe after they beg him to pay for their street food, leaving the poor ginger in anger.
"They are indeed." Zhongli replied, accepting the flower. "Though, these delicacies only bloom at night or when an individual sings to it."
"I am aware" you chuckled. Stroking the petals of the unopened flower.
"Well then, since you are aware of this, perhaps you could try to open one?" Zhongli asked.
"Is that just an excuse to hear me sing, Zhongli?" You jokingly chuckled. Taking the flower from his hand.
"Perhaps, I couldn't use my own voice either. But I would be interested to hear you sing a tune." Zhongli played along. Something about her humour and the way she'd giggle reminds him so much of her.
"Alright then, but just this once." You stated.
You then started to hum, so softly that even the wind would stop to listen.
And so the Glaze lily blooms.
Zhongli then stared at them not in a creepy way, but admiring their features and how familiar they were. They were simply eesome. Zhongli didn't care about the Glaze lily that bloomed in front of him anymore. He just wanted to know more about this girl.
Why was she so familiar?
Why was he drawn to her so much even if she was just a stranger?
Why does it feel like he has met her before?
"You know, Glaze lilies were also loved by-"

"By whom?" you asked.
Zhongli snaps back to reality. "By.. an old friend of mine. And another friend named Guizhong." He replies.
"Guizhong?" You asked, turning back at Zhongli, handing him another flower to add to their basket.
"Yes, she was the goddess of dust that fought along side the Geo Archon." Zhongli replied blankly staring at the sky trying to rekindle his thoughts.
"Oh, we're they perhaps.. lovers?" You paused.
"Oh no, not at all. Everyone seemed to mistaken them often as lovers but they weren't. The Geo Archon already had his interest on someone else." Zhongli replied, accepting another flower from you.
"Oh, my bad. Then, the "someone" Rex Lapis loved was definitely someone special." You smiled.
"She definitely was."

"Are you sure it was her?" Ganyu asked.
"No doubt, she looks and sounds exactly like her." Xiao replies, taking another bite of his Almond tofu.
"I thought she was killed during the Archon war?" Ganyu asked, put her hand on her chin to ponder.
"She was, I was there when I saw it. Even the Cryo archon announced it." Xiao stated.
"Perhaps, it was a reincarnation? Oh my if only Rex Lapis were to hear about this, he wouldn't have been devastated all those years then."
Ganyu replied."No wonder her vision was still glowing." Xiao pondered.
