LIYUE HARBOUR

"Watch your step!" Childe exclaims, carefully hopping across the river using rocks to walk on. "You know I could just freeze the water, right?" You stated. "Yes but this is much more fun." Childe replies.

"I do not see why hopping or freezing across a 2ft stream of water is necessary."

"Oh lighten up Zhongli, you both made me pay for all that food and now you're both helping me mine Jade." Childe protests.

"Why do you need Jades anyway? Couldn't you just buy them?" You asked.

"Not if my wallet is now empty as fuck because of two certain lunatics who buy every single thing they lay their eyes on." Childe rants, picking up a pick of rock and tossing it purposely missing
You, making your trip a little and bump on Zhongli's chest.

"Sorry."
"It's quite alright."

The three then decided to venture the cave deeper until they finally reach the precious Jades.
As soon as they finish, they part ways with you promising to eat dinner with them later.

On the way to the Wangshu Inn, you came across a hoard of Hillichurls and 2 large Mitachurls. Now, any normal person would've thought to either use another path or to simply avoid them in order to avoid from getting hurt or to draw further attention from more enemies.

This was no problem for you though, you were a sly- silent type of person. Plus you haven't put your vision for good use in days. You then took out your blade, sprinted forward and in a split second, you cut all of the hillichurls in half turning them to dust as your blade slowly retires back to It's case.

"..I know someone else is out there." You stated, in a cold and a threatening tone.

The girl then turns around to see two glowing amber eyes in the shadow. You drew your blade until,

A boy with greenish-blue hair then steps out of the darkness.

"I was.. observing you." Xiao uttered, mentally comparing the different fighting styles between the mortal and the goddess.

"Observing?" You asked, drawing back her blade.

"Do you not ..remember anything? Xiao asks, stepping forward.

"Remember what exactly? I'm sorry but you're kind of creeping me out."

"Ah, apologies, I'm Adeptus Xiao." The vigilant Yaksha states with a straight face not daring to show any emotion.
