Sophia's POV

I feel so bad for Jacob and his family right now. Nobody should go through something like that ever in their whole entire life. I hope that Jacob's uncle and his uncle's friends get caught by the cops and get arrested for what they did to his poor sister. If I hear one thing about how the cops can't find his uncle or his uncle's friends I will go bull crazy! I heard that way too many times in my location when an innocent woman gets raped or sexually assaulted and they file a report to the cops. The people who's supposedly protect us take their sweet time with the situation all just to turn around and say that they can't all of a sudden find the person who did it. Sometimes I think that when a sexual assault or rape is been reported to the cops they don't wanna do their work unless they feel like it's a real crime to them. To me,all crime is the same crime in my book. If you do something that you know that it's not right and illegal then it's a crime and you need to do the time regardless if you like it or not. People these days,especially grown people should know their rights and wrongs but if they wanna play clueless then they shouldn't be out on the streets like that in the first place.

"How's he doing?" Jennifer asked as she puts a cup of hot coco in front of Sophia

Sophia sighs and looked back at Jacob who's sitting on the couch staring out of the window

"He's still upset about the situation" Sophia replied. "I don't know how long he's going to be like this"

"Hmm,well I don't like it" Jennifer said as she sits next to Sophia. "I can't mess with him while he's like this" she said as Sophia gives her a look

"What?" Jennifer asked.

"Is that literally the only thing that's on your mind right now?" Sophia asked.

Jennifer shrugged her shoulders. "I mean I do feel bad for what happened" she replied. "But you know that it's my hobby to mess with your boo. And it's been awhile since I've done anything"

"Well,now is not a good time for any of that. We have to be there for him like he would do the same thing for us"

Jennifer sighs. "Yea,you're right about that. I'm sorry,I just need something to keep my mind cleared from that situation"

"You and me both" Sophia said shaking her head. "Nobody should go through something like that. Not even my worst enemy"

"You have enemies?" Jennifer asked confused

"I highly doubt it" Sophia replied. "But if I did wouldn't wish something like that to happen to them"

"Yea" Jennifer said nodding. "Same here"

"I just wish that I could do something to make him feel better"

"Right,now all you can do is be there for him. Hopefully the cops find that prick and his friends of his and put them all in jail"

"Man,I swear I'm gonna go crazy if they don't find them"

"Don't they live around in this area?" Jennifer asked. "He did went to go pick her up from work,right?"

"Yea" Sophia replied

"So,that means he should be around somewhere hiding. He can't go that far"
