the homework wasn't getting any easier. and it didn't help that you were slowly becoming distracted by literally anything other than the questions in front of you. so, when you heard footsteps outside of your door, you grinned as a certain blond-haired boy walked in.

niki greeted you with a tired smile.

"hi," your lips curled into a grin identical to his. "long day?"

humming in approval, he moved over to you, resting his chin on your head, and glancing down at the papers that had been scattered over your desk. "can we take a nap?"

you let out a breathy laugh as you nodded. you should have figured that'd be the first thing out of his mouth after a long day of dance practice. "of course. i'm growing bored anyway."

stepping back, niki let you stand and stretch your stiff limbs before grabbing your hand and leading you over to the bed.

niki subtly pushed you onto the bed first, following close behind you.

smiling, you situate yourself under the covers, getting comfortable against the pillows before niki practically falls on top of you, trapping you underneath his body. almost immediately, your hand finds his blond locks, and you feel niki's lips quirk upwards against your neck as you begin to play with his hair.

after a couple minutes, niki's breathing evens out, and you know he's out like a light.

pulling your right hand away from his scalp, you rest your arm on his back, closing your eyes and letting yourself grow unconscious as well, following niki into a world of dreamless sleep.
