This part is really important and I want you all to read everything thoroughly.

Now that the judging period has started, I want you all to know a few things.

For Participants,

♡ Dont forget to follow your judges. If you are following them from your back up, please inform them the same through pms. They cant daydream as to who is following them from which account.

♡ I have cleared this earlier as well and I am saying this again, you are not allowed to make changes in your participating books now. You can not edit existing chapters, change titles or book covers, give your books for editing, etc.
But this doesnt mean you cant update. You can update as many chapters as you want even while the judging is going on.

For judges,

♡ I suggest you all to add the alloted books to your reading lists to make it easier for you.
Its okay if you are friends with the author of a book you are judging but showing favouritism just because of friendship is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

♡ As you all already know, you have to submit the results through mail.

Before anything, as I am hosting this award along with my soulmate, we have divided all the work.
So, now we have decided to use both of our mail ids to receive the results.

The judges till the KTH category, will have my mail id to submit the results while the categories from Jeon Jungkook to BTS X other groups will have my co host's mail id.

So its a request, please send the results for the categories according to the decided mail ids!! Otherwise it will be a great hassle for us to track down all the results.

Now this part has some points you have to keep in mind.

We are trying our level best to make all the work easy for you and so, we hope the same from you. So this is a thing you must keep in mind.
Submit the results of all your books together! You cant expect me to go through all the mails and collect the results of your alloted books after seperating them from others cuz lets be straightforward, that is a whole lot of work to do.

So, please make sure to send the results together. If you are a judge of more than one category, submit the results category wise.
For an instance, if you are judging for MYG, JHS and KTH, submit the results for MYG category first i.e all the books alloted to you under this category only then move on to the next category.
I hope I am clear.

The deadlines are given in every category and we are expecting all the results to be submitted before that.

TO ALL THE ONES WHO ARE JUST LEAVING WITHOUT INFORMING ANYONE OF US... I HOPE YOUR BIAS BREAKS UP WITH YOU IN YOUR DREAMS.

You guys piss me off seriously! Like atleast inform us, that you are leaving. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable and if anyone of you does the same, be ready to be put in the blacklist.

Also, I am happy that you all are asking your doubts without any hesitation. Please continue to do so, as this will help in the smooth functioning of the awards.
