It is many years later from when Finn, Casey and all the New Directions were in highschool, now they all have kids, are married, and have successful careers, Finn and Casey are teaching together, Rachel is still doing her thing on Broadway, and many...
It was the first night home with Thomas and it was rough, the girls and Junior were at Blaine and Kurts so Finn and Casey could get settled in
Finn-(hears Thomas) "I'll go get him babe".
Casey-"Are you sure?"
Finn-"You've gotten up three times". (kisses her head)
He heads to the nursery and picks up Thomas
Finn-"What's wrong little man, you're not hungry and your diaper doesn't need changed" (sits down)
He starts to rock the chair back and forth and he starts to sing
After he is done singing Casey comes in and sits by him
Casey-"You are an awesome daddy" (kisses his cheek)
Finn-"I try to be". (smiles)
Casey-"I think someone just needed their daddy". (puts Thomas back into the crib)
Finn-(wraps arms around Casey) "I love you".
Casey-"I love you too, let's head back to bed".
The head back to bed and Finn looks into Thomas' room one last time

When they head back to their room they lay down, in the next couple minutes they hear Thomas again, Finn goes then brings him back to their room and lays him on the bed
Casey-"What is your deal tonight Tommy?" (kisses his head)
Finn-"Maybe if we just lay down with him he'll be okay".
Casey-"I remember doing this with Ally and Junior all the time".
Finn-"Same".
They lay with Thomas then finally get some sleep, in the morning Finn wakes up and gets Thomas changed for the day while Casey sleeps in, after awhile she comes downstairs to see that Finn made breakfast
Casey-"Thanks babe". (kisses him)
Finn-"No problem".
After that the sit down with Thomas, the rest of the day they relaxed took care of him, at night it was kind of the same thing, and the girls with Junior were back also and helping
