It was the next week, Casey told Finn to take a week off since she already did, the other parents would be helping out the kids for Nationals
Finn-"Can you tell me why we're on a plane?"
Casey-(hands him paper) "Happy birthday".
Finn-(looks at it) "Are you serious?"
Casey-'Yep we got the whole week!" (smiles)
Finn-"Who's watching the girls?"
Casey-'Blaine and Kurt, also mom and Burt, Junior is staying with Chris and Kenzie to help out with Zeke".
Finn-"I love you". (kisses her)
The plane lands, after they get their rental car Casey blindfolds Finn then drives to their location
Casey-"Don't even ask if we're there yet".
Finn-"Wasn't planning on it babe" (laughs)
They drive for a coupld more mintues then the reach their destination, Casey helps Finn out of the car then takes off the blindfold
Casey-"Surprise!"
Finn-"Wow babe you rented this for a week?"
Casey-"Actually I bought it, so if we don't want to stay at the other house we can come here".

Things start to get heated, Casey flips them over and she is on top, she takes her clothes then Finns off, she starts to kiss him down the stomach then stops, she sheds his boxers then begins
Finn-"Oh my god Casey!" (moans)
She hums and that sends Finn crazy, he flips them over then enters her
