Sorry for the long wait!!!!!! I feel really bad. I've been to distracted by reading to update. I will get this story finished, even if it takes me years.

Taylor struggled to open the apartment door with full arms. In one hand held a sleeping two-year old girl, the other full of grocery bags. Standing next to her, almost as sleepy as his sister, was a little boy, the sleeping girl's twin.

Taylor managed to get the door open and hustled the children to their room. She put them into bed easily, since their teeth had already been brushed. She then went about putting away the groceries.

It had been a long day, and it was already 2:00 AM. She had barely seen the kids all day, and regretted it a lot, but she had to provide for her family.

Emma and Ethan, her little angels. After high school, she tried to take too many at Yale, which resulted in her failing most of them and falling into a deep debt. She had to drop out of college and get her life back together. It took her a good six years before she had enough financial stability to go back to college to at least get and AA.

Then the twins came along. She went to a party and stupidly had a one night stand with some loser. She knew she would keep her kids, and went about trying to make her life as good as possible for them. The kids took up a lot of her time, so she couldn't work the three jobs like before, but she made it work.

She found out that the U of A had a free childcare program that she fully took advantage of. She also had a friend that charged very little and did not mind watching the twins for long periods of time. This gave her the ability to work to jobs, a secretary at East High, and a cook at McDonalds. She got paid just enough to pay for rent and the sitter. She lived off of food stamps and financial aid for food and tuition. She knew she could get better pay once she got a degree and just kept that thought in her mind.

Her thoughts drifted to the upcoming high school reunion. She was excited for it, excited to see where all her old friends were. There would be childcare provided, so she was also excited to show off the twins.

When she sent out the invitations, she had written a little extra note on Chad's. Now, she couldn't help but wonder if she went to far. He could be married and have kids, and her note could have made it sound like she still had a thing for him. The truth was, she didn't. Heck, Taylor hadn't even seen Chad in ten years.

But, it still would be nice to see him.

And Gabriella, she had just read an article about how she was becoming one of the top lawyers in the country. She was so happy for her old friend.

Eventually, she fell asleep on the couch, thinking about the upcoming reunion, until Emma woke up saying she had a bad dream.

*What do you think? Is it terrible? I'm sorry about the long update wait. Thanks for reading!!!!*
