Chapter 53 - Izuku.

Izuku sighed as he ran a hand over the back of his neck as he headed back to his hotel room. He was ridiculously tired, both physically and mentally. Last night had been highly eventful in taking down Wolfram and his little posey of villain buddies, who had been given help from AFO. He, and All Might, had interrogated them today, hence how he now knew his name. Izuku had portrayed the bad guy, freaking the villains out entirely at his dead, emotionless stare that had them literally shaking in their seats. Thankfully, only those directly involved knew about it, and that is how it was going to stay. Hell, those involved had signed a contract to state that what had happened would not leave the island in any way shape or form. Before the interrogations, and using Syrinx's elemental ability, he'd swiftly repaired the tower until you would have never known it had been rubble.

Other damages had also been fixed before he'd gone to the meetings. Then he'd even sat down with the president of I-Island and gone over the entire security system with the tech team, updating it for a more detailed scan for who visited. Followed by a lengthy chat with David Shield and Melissa about what had happened, and they'd found out that Sam had unfortunately died from his injuries as a result of internal bleeding and no doubt shock from where he'd been shot. They came up with explaining that what Shield worked on had somehow been leaked via Sam, hence why the villains had infiltrated the facility to get their hands on it (not that it was much of a lie as he had come up with the plan etc). Shield had then sworn his alliance to him and promised to keep his mouth shut. Sure, it wasn't the right thing to do, in covering it up like that, but Izuku was thinking more of Melissa's future than anything else. She'd done nothing wrong and didn't need to be tied to the shit that had happened. It also meant Shield kept his job to provide for his daughter.

After that delightful talk, he had meetings with pros for support gear from Creator which had taken up until about five. Now, it was just after six pm, he had no more meetings etc, so grabbed some things to cook and was planning on staying in his room and not coming out until the following day for anyone. He was going to 'kidnap' Eiji and spend quality time with his man. When they'd gotten back to the room at daybreak earlier, Eiji had toppled over in the elevator in exhaustion and only with his fast reflexes had caught him, keeping the red head upright. Eiji had fallen asleep against him, so once back in their suite, he had stripped him and put pyjama bottoms on him, set an alarm for a few hours' time and tucked him into bed. After a quick shower and changing into clean clothes, he'd cooked breakfast, leaving some for Eiji to heat up when he woke up.

He'd left a note saying he'd be gone all day with meetings, that he'd made him food and left after kissing his sleeping boyfriends cheek. There had been no point in him trying to get some rest, he could easily go the entire weekend on zero sleep. He'd sleep later though, as he knew Eiji will demand cuddles in bed, not that he was complaining on that. Strolling through the vast amusements and easily weaving around excited people, he heard his name being called, so peered over his shoulder. A smile appeared under his mask, not that you'd see it, but he knew it was there. It was Jake Danvers, with his parents Michael and Layla. He turned fully, just as Jake slammed into his legs. He chuckled and picked the boy up.
"How you doing Jake?" He asked.

"I'm great. There is so many cool things here!" He happily proclaimed.
"Jake! You really need to stop running off." Layla chided patiently.
"Sorry mum."
"It's fine sweetheart. Oh, Shadow, it's nice to see you again." She smiled at him.
"Hey. How you finding the day?"
"There is so much here to see and the tech that has been created for our heroes is incredible, even if I don't understand majority of it." Layla chuckled.
"I get what you mean. Did you see everything?"
"Not everything. But we are here for tomorrow too, so we'll see it then. But we'll let you get going, as we need to get dinner etc." Michael said, taking Jake from him, who was protesting.
