3rd person POV-
Athena decided that she wanted a break from going out. It's not that she didn't enjoy going out on dates and spending time with her mates, because she does very much so. She just wanted to have a day that she didn't have to go or do anything, plus with the threat of the new vampires, most of the boys were busy on patrol.
She planned on staying in her room and reading most of the day, that was until Embry, Quil and Jared came up to her asking if she wanted to go to a party that night thrown by their friend AJ. They knew she's never gone to one before and wanted her to have some fun, plus they haven't gotten their date yet, so it was a perfect time. It could count as a date with all three of them. She was hesitant, she's heard about parties and was nervous to go to her first one.
She thought it was a scary idea but still said yes none the less. Looks like that date is going to happen after all, at least she thinks. Is a party a date? Or just a hang out? Either way, she was happy to go if that meant they were happy.
Leah helped her get ready, mainly because Leah wanted to spend time with the girl she loved dearly. Leah had picked out a white colored crop top, slightly sheer but not enough to show off Athena's assets. She matched it with a pair of jeans, since it gets colder out at night. She gave Athena a small sweater to go with it just in case she got cold. Athena wasn't one for make up or looking super fancy so she went natural with her hair and only put on some lip balm and mascara.

Athena looked in the mirror and smiled at Leah through it,
"I look amazing, thank you so much Leah!" Athena says while turning around to hug her mate. Leah had a great sense of fashion, even if most don't think so. Nether of them have broken the hug, not wanting it to end. Leah was taking in Athena's perfume and natural scent.
"Can you please hurry it up in there? We're going to be late!" Embry yells through the door jokingly. Athena and Leah laugh and roll their eyes. Breaking the hug Athena grabs her sweater and bag before giving Leah an air kiss. Walking out her bedroom door and almost running into all three of the boys.
Their breath gets caught in their throats, she looked stunning in their eyes. They aren't super happy with her stomach being shown but didn't say anything knowing that she's allowed to be her own person.
