3rd person POV-
Athena had so much fun on her date with Seth. She never felt more like a princess. It's all she could talk about with Emily, the others started to get even more jealous because Seth was getting all her attention. Paul was the next one to ask her out. He knew she was into books and the outdoors which he could already tell the others would most likely plan an outdoor date like that, he wanted to be a little different from the others. So instead of going outside, he decided to plan a date inside.
Paul isn't one for dates as he was the type to hook up with as many girls as he could, that was until he met Athena. Now all he wants to do is make her happy. So he planned on a movie night. To show her some of the movies she missed out on while she was in the water. He chose The Harry Potter movies because let's face it, you can't go wrong with Harry Potter.
He decided to ask Sam and Emily if he could use their living room for the date. Seeing as his house wouldn't be a good option because of his father. They of course agreed and decided to go on their own date and told the boys not to come to the house unless an emergency, for the sake of Paul's date.
So while Athena was asleep, Paul had set up the entire living room for the date. He had a popcorn and candy stand that was filled with her favorite candies, which she told him was gummy bears and snow caps. He set them out in cute jars and moved on to snacks and drinks which included goldfish, carrots and tons of fruit. For drinks he got water, sprite and gatorade. He knew she wouldn't be able to eat it all, but he wanted to make sure she had enough just in case. He also got a pizza on the way to Sam and Emily's house, knowing the girl was obsessed with it as much as he was.
Paul then moved onto the sitting area and got all the fluffy blankets and pillows he could find and put them down in a cozy way and moved the foot rest closer to the couch, covering it with a thick sheet so it looked better. He then strung up lights under the couch, around the table legs and around the ceiling to create a soft light while they watched the movies.
He then turned on the tv and put the first movie in, as he did so he could hear Athena waking up. He could tell because her heartbeat wasn't as steady and she was moving a lot. He quickly made sure everything was in place and looked nice before hiding. He wanted to see Athena's reaction to what he did, and he wasn't let down.
As Athena walked downstairs from her nap she stopped in her tracks. There was a tray, filled with her favorite drinks and snacks and next to it was a large pizza that just looked amazing. She then noticed the lights that were around the couch and tv. It made it look so calm and cozy. The couch looked as soft as clouds and the whole room smelt like a very soft vanilla. She was in awe.

Athena couldn't help but wonder who did this. She didn't have to wonder long as she felt a tap on her shoulder, as she turned around she say Paul was a genuine smile on his face holding one of her favorite kinds of flowers, daisies.
"Surprise!" Paul says with an excited tone in his voice, waiting for her reaction.
"You did this for me?" She asks Paul.
"Of course I did, I know I should have asked you first but I wanted it to be a surprise." Paul tells his imprint, his heart beating faster at the thought she may not like what he did.
"No, it's perfect! I love it, thank you!" Athena practically yells out before hugging Paul tightly, being careful of the pretty flowers in his hand.
Paul broke the hug first and took Athena's hand and tugged her over to the couch. She sat down as he put the flowers in a vase. Once he was done he walked over to the couch and sat next to Athena, who immediately cuddled into his side. Paul's heart felt like it was going to jump out of his chest when she did this. He felt so happy in that moment. He pressed play on the remote and the beginning credits started to play.
"I hope you don't mind staying here with me all day, the movies are long and there's several of them. Don't worry because I have all your favorite foods and drinks." Paul tells Athena in a anxious tone. He's been so nervous about this date, he wants it to be perfect.
"I don't mind at all, as long as you continue to be my human heater." Athena tells Paul, letting out a laugh. Paul chuckles and wraps his arm around his imprint tighter, pulling her even closer. He's never been more happy than he was right now. Watching one of his favorite movie series, eating food and having Athena on his side. It couldn't get any better than this.
Authors note- Hello!! I hope you enjoy this chapter as much as I did writing it. To me I imagined Paul making the perfect movie day for his imprint. Which is what inspired this chapter.
