Merry Christmas, Reaper

What a cold day today.

Y/n and Gamo was being seen just outside the city of Japan, walking home as the two was awfully quiet. Each step they took in this chilly day, the more Y/n was slowly starting to tense.

Why you may ask?

Today was Christmas as the h/c was nervous about giving a little gift for his best friend who turns out to be his crush as well.

They had done many things during the morning and early afternoon, they went into the city to play some games, see some of the events holding in the city, found a cool spray painting of a rapper in a Santa hat, many things they could've done in a few hours.

Now was the time for Gamo to go home as she had to open her presents with her family and get ready for a family party. Of course Gamo wanted to invite Y/n over and meet his family but he figured now wasn't a good time at all. Especially when Y/n doesn't know how they'll react if they see the resting dreadful look on his face.

Soon, they made it to Gamo's home. A good looking two story home with a tall wall surrounding the home as well as a pair of double doors that lead into the front yard. Then the redhead turns around and smiles to the Reaper. "Thank you for today, Y/n~... I had fun~..."

Nothing. Y/n was silent as he had his hands in his c/c hoodie, nervous. "Y/n? Are you okay?" She takes notice of his unusual behavior.

But Y/n slowly starts to build his confidence up now, a wave of white fog escapes from his mouth during the cold night as he pulls a hand out from his pocket. He turns away, a small box neatly wrapped in white wrapping paper with an orange bow tied on top as Y/n starts to blush lightly.

"Here... Gamo..." he softly said as the gift escaped from his hand and does a side glance to find Gamo smiling in a softer manner. "Wow... Thank you, Y-

"I-I'm only doing this because it's Christmas... and Christmas is partly about giving..." blurts out unconsciously, still a little nervous but was content that his confidence didn't let him down.

"Right..." she giggles to the boy before opening the gift up and removing the small lid of the box.

And inside was a necklace. A silver necklace that had an orange ornament presenting brightly inside. It was a heart, shiny, orange, and three dimensional, not like the basic necklaces with the ornament being flat. Gamo stared in awe as her eyes widens at the sight of the majestic jewelry.

"It's so... pretty~..." she remarked softly.

"R-Really?"

"Yeah~..." Gamo said with a smile.

That helped made his heart skipped a beat once more as he was never getting tired of the small gesture that she always brought for the Reaper. "Well... I'm glad you liked it..." he replied before helping her put on the necklace around her neck, brushing her luscious hair away and connecting the silver chain together.

Gifts... That's one way to show someone that their interested... Hopefully the Internet was right...

The boy smiles softly before finishing up fixing the gift on her neck and getting a good glance at her.

Amazing, he thought. It definitely brought out some of the aspects of her like her hair and her eyes. Not to mention, it fits her appearance in Y/n's eyes as he was already head over heels for her.

"Thank you so much, Y/n!~"

He shakes his thoughts and starts to blush softly. "Y-Yeah... Anytime..." he said as it was Gamo's turn being into her thoughts, a small frown on her face.
