I've been working at Domino's for a few years now while studying, and even though I don't plan to stay here much longer, I've worked my ass off to make sure I get the best references possible for any future jobs.

With this in mind I decided to try my absolute best to be professional and not let my little crush get the best of me.

"Hi Harry I'm Hailey" I said as he made his way towards me.

"Hailey, it's nice to meet you." He replied looking down at me with a smile.

"Your uniform is over there" I said gesturing to a table in the corner, which he quickly made his way over to.

"And the bathroom is just over there, you can get changed and I'll meet you back out here when you're ready."

"Yeah I erm, yeah." He seemed nervous and I couldn't believe that somebody like him was nervous in a place like Dominos. It was kind of cute, which was distracting when I was supposed to be acting professional around him.

I shook the thought from my head as I saw him emerge from the bathroom, the uniform flattering his features in a way I'd never seen at Domino's before.

"Reckon it'll do?" He asked while purposely putting his hat on backwards.

I sighed and felt myself reaching out to turn his hat the right way before he grabbed my wrist. It was like an electric shock went through me the moment I felt him touch my skin and I couldn't help but look up at him, noticing for the first time just how blue his eyes were.

"Not yet." he said before releasing his grip on my wrist and pulling out his camera to start vlogging.

"How's it going guys?! Today I'm at Domino's for my first shift with Ethan and Jj and I'm gonna give you a little tour of the place! This is Hailey" he spun the camera round to face me and I did an awkward little wave, completely unprepared for the sudden confidence that was oozing from Harry in front of the camera.

"She's been partnered with me to make sure I don't get in too much trouble! Anyway let's start the tour."

And with that he was off. I assumed he didn't need me for this part and was happy to wing it so I let him do his thing and watched in awe as he wandered around the store, talking to other staff and interacting with the boys who were also now vlogging themselves.

"Hailey! Why aren't you with Harry right now?! You're supposed to be showing him the ropes and... oh my god! Fix his uniform please, I expected better from you, especially in the first five minutes of them being here!" Sue practically screeched into my ear.

"Sorry Sue, I didn't know how much you wanted me to assist him, I didn't even know there was a buddy system until like 5 minutes ago." I replied before quickly walking back over to Harry.

Thankfully he'd put the camera away and I managed to rearrange his hat this time. He gave me one of his signature goofy grins as I pulled his hat to the front and I stepped back to check that his uniform was spot on.

"So ah, Sue wants me to basically be your shadow..." I said awkwardly tugging at the side of my shirt.

"So I guess you're kind of stuck with me." I finished, looking up at him to gauge his reaction.

"I can um... definitely think of worse people to be stuck with." He replied giving me a soft smile.

Okay am I going crazy or did he just flirt with me?

I had to once again shake the thought from my head and get on with the job.

"So I guess I'll show you the real tour?" I said as I started to walk around the store with him, pointing out different stations and making small talk.

I couldn't believe that I was lucky enough to be spending the week next to somebody like Harry and I couldn't help but notice the way
his eyes rested on me as I spoke and sent small shivers down my spine.

It was going to be an interesting week.
