I stared into the blank ceiling, lost in thought, and didn't notice when Isla set her book down and left the room.

Soon, I realized the time it was.

Already 5:00!

If I don't do my homework now, I'm never going to get it done!

I thought to myself, and rolled off my bed.

I spied Isla's book on her bed, and looked around.

It wouldn't kill to look, right?

The book was set spine up, so that it kept the book's page where it was. I flipped it over, and sat on Isla's bed.

"On the day of renewal, All will fall to the rise of the storm," I read in a whisper.

Those were the only words on the page.

Whaaaat? I thought as I shut the book, forgetting that I wasn't supposed to look in it.

Also forgetting about my earlier plan about homework, I flopped back onto my bed.

Suddenly, something above me glitched open.

I screeched in surprise.

"Emilia! What the heck?!" I heard Isla shout from downstairs.

I calmed myself down, and stared back at the screen. I sighed when I saw the words: "One Year" again.

"At least tell me what that means," I muttered under my breath.

The hologram disappeared, just for my body to start glitching again.

It was kind of like at school, but different.

This time, it was more severe, and lasted longer.

A jolt of pain spread through my body, and I screamed in pain.

"Emilia?!" Isla shouted again.

Her voice was starting to fade away, as I slowly drifted into unconsciousness.

"Emilia! I'm coming!" She shouted, before I heard footsteps up the stairs.

I couldn't let her see me like this.

She'd be worried to death, and that was the last thing I needed.

I stood up with all my strength, and collapsed into my bed. Then I saw black.

. . . . . . . .

I blinked in the blue light.

Where was I?

I looked around.

The source of light seemed to be the figure in the back.

The glow was dim, but it surrounded it like a blanket.

It's back was turned to me, so I didn't know what it was.

I looked around the room.

It wasn't familiar. No, I definitely wasn't at the mirror-water ground place.

Before I could think any further, the glowing figure had appeared in front of me.

Don't think so much right now, it said, setting it's hand over my forehead. You must rest.

The figure wore a long dress with long and drooping sleeves.

It was colorless, like the rest of her.

Intertwined into her hair was a white clip, which I couldn't exactly make out the shape of.

I layed back down on the small cot, and looked at the figure.
