Panting after running three minutes far from Sehun, I ran into a music store across the corner. Screaming on the top of my lungs, a boy rushed in from a room behind the counter.

"MISS ARE YOU ALRIGHT?" he shout.

I looked up. "Yes! I'm so sorry I didn't mean to yell!" I winced.

He looked at me and smiled slightly awkwardly, eyeing me up and down. "Okey.... How may I help you?"

I noticed the boy's name tag. Lay. And he was eating a bag of potato chips. Ahaha!?

"Hmm..." I looked around the music shop. The walls were decorated with vinyls and posters of Bob Marley and The Beatles. "No! Just looking around."

Lay nodded. Not the bag of chips, the boy. "If you have questions, I'll be happy to answer them!" he smiled, showing his dimples.

A voice called from the back room. "LAY WHERE'S THE EXTRA GUITAR STRINGS? I NEED A LOW E."

The voice sounded familiar, as Chanyeol waddled out. "Hillary?" he smiled, holding a guitar in one hand and a Cola can in the other. "Came to visit?"

"Oh hi Chanyeol!" I waved. "I happened to walk pas- run past here and I came in."

"Ah? Have a seat!" he gestured to a bench. I sat down and watched him as he changed the guitar strings. "Lay, have you met Hillary yet? This is the girl I was talking about!"

"Hmm? Oh the one you said that was really talented, funny, cute, adorable and bea-"

"Y-yeah that one." Chanyeol muttered cutting him off.

"She is cute! Nice to meet you Hillary! I'm Lay!" Lay held out his hand from behind the counter as I shook it. I smiled. "Nice to meet you too!"

Lay's smile was adorable, he had really deep dimples which I found cute. I tried to stop thinking about kissing Sehun, I didn't mean to and besides he leaned first.

"Soooo..." Lay mumbled, tapping his fingers against the mahogany counter.

"So...." I looked around feeling awkward.

".....and done!" Chanyeol smiled widely.

"Great! Now hand her over," Lay demanded, grabbing the guitar from Chanyeol. He strummed a happy sounding chord. Then he began to play a set of happy chords and sang a tune.

I smiled watching, amazed.

Lay's song came to an end.

"Wow! That was awesome!" I applaud.

"Thanks! I composed it myself," Lay blushed.

"I learned from the master here, Hillary," Chanyeol commented.

"That's really cool," I smiled.

My phone went on when I realized it was Sehun. Should I answer it or... I noticed seven unanswered text messages. I decide to put my phone away. Maybe if I went back to the dorm room late, he'll be asleep and then I wouldn't have to face the awkward embarassmemt of speaking to him.

The time was around 5:30 P.M. The sky outside was still blue and the sun was still up. Yet I still haven't found a job and the money my parents gave me for emergencies are to be used for emergencies only. Ughhh.

The question came to my head. "Hey.. By any chance do you have a job opening here?" Please say yes!

Lay shook his head. "Unfortunetly no, sorry Hillary. I work here for most of the days, Chanyeol works on the weekends and most days. And I have four other workers and we cannot hire more workers due to financial situations." he looked at me with a sadden look.

"Oh, okay." I nod. "I understand." Well it was worth asking just in case right?

"Hey what about Luhan and his pet shop?" Chanyeol jumped in, taking a sip from his Cola.

"Oh that's right yeah! My friend's pet shop a few blocks down are need of workers! You could drop by a visit there?"

"Oooh! Yes!" I squealed with excitement. "I'd love to work in a pet shop!"

"Great!" Lay nod, writing down the address and phone number. "Its close to Gucci Panda's, so you must have past it on your way here."

"Awesome! Thank you guys!" I shook his hand.

"No problem, and I think the shop is still open right now."

I stood up from my seat. "I'll go take a look on my way home." I smiled.

"Yayyyyy! Since the pet shop is not so far away, you could still visit us here at the music store right?" Chanyeol asked.

I nod. "If its okay with Lay."

Lay showed off his dimples again. "We love company, especially from beautiful girls like you!"

"He he I might swing by when I get the time!" I head for the door as the three of us exchange goodbyes.
