Quickly dialing 911, the call picks up immediately after one ring. "Hello this is 911 speaking, what is your trouble?" The lady asks.

"Hi, my friend's grandmother must have had an asthma attack of some sort and she fainted onto the floor!" I said. Kris was shaking Grandma Wu trying to wake her up.

"Okay, what is your address?" I gave the lady the address of the house. "The ambulance will be there in a second."

"Thank you." I hung up.

"What did they say?!" Kris asks with a worried look in his face.

"They will be here really soon." I hope Grandma Wu will be okay...
I heard the sound of the ambulance from a distance. Suddenly, two rescue people run to the back of the porch and spots us. "We will bring her immediately to the hospital." They quickly carry Grandma Wu onto the stretcher and load her into the ambulance.

Kris, Angel and I quickly get into the ambulance, as the rescue member quickly drives off. We were in front of the hospital in less than two minutes. With quick action, they push the stretcher out of the ambluance and into the emergency room.

The three of us were about to head inside with Grandma Wu, but the doctor stopped us. "I'm sorry you cannot go in the restricted area. Please wait in the waiting room for further updates."

I nod. Kris, Angel and I sit down at the waiting room. "I hope Grandma will be okay Daddy... Mommy..." Angel whispers, holding onto my hand. I nod looking down at her, as Kris places his hand on top of mine and Angel's hand.

"She will be..." Kris nods. "I called Auntie to pick you up, okay? You have to go home."

"Okay.." Angel nods. "But will mommy tuck me in bed? Will I see you again soon mommy?"

I look down at Angel. "Sorry sweetheart.. I won't be able to see you again in a while. But.. How about a goodbye kiss?"

Angel nods and kisses my forehead. I gently peck the top of her head. "Be a good girl okay while I am away?"

"Yes mommy, I promise!" Angel smiles.

"Kris, Angel!" A woman runs inside.

"Mom.."

"Auntie Wu!"

"Hi sweetheart," The woman pats Angel on the head. "How is grandmother?"

"The doctor is checking up on her in the emergency room and we're waiting to see how she is." Kris said.

"Okay... Well call me to update on any new news okay? I'll be home watching Angel.." The woman smiles politely at me. "Hello, you must be Hillary?"

I nod. "Hello, nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too. I heard a lot about you and ho-"

Kris cuts her off. "Mom."

She chuckles. "Okay, enough talk, I'll bring Angel back home. Nice meeting you again." With that, Kris's mom takes Angel away.

"Was that your mother?" I ask.

Kris rolled his eyes. "No, just some random lady from the street who was a hobo and sells fried chicken that I call mom. What do you think Snorkle?"

I punch his arm. "Well, you look like her kind of."

"Of course she's my mother. What do you expect?"

I clench my teeth. "You freaking ba-"

"Ah ah ah! No bad language in public, learn some manners." He points a finger at me.
