(A/N: So sorry for no update last week! I was super busy! )

Going to school the next day, I felt like as if my booksack was made of rocks. I had to tell Demi. She deserves to know whats going on. I walk outside, expecting to see the bus, but I see Louis's motorcycle. I honestly didn't expect him to start bringing me to school...

"Hello, Dear," He says and kisses my cheek.

"Hi, Lou," I tell him, trying to look happy.

"Need a ride?" He asks.

"I guess," I say, and silently laugh with Louis.

I get in the back if his motorcycle, as he goes off to school. I don't know what today will bring, but I do know that I've got a huge knot in my stomach. Telling Demi today is a nessesity. She was the greater woman by telling me about her and Niall. If I were dating him, I would get mad, sad, and just about everything in between. And she was willing to risk that. Willing to risk the possibilty that I could have told people. She risked the possibility of me hating her guts. Now, it's my turn to risk it all.

Once Louis gets off his motorcycle, the first thing he does is kiss me. I admit, I was a bit shocked at first, but then kissed back. again, it isn't like it is with Liam. With Liam, it's like a spark is ignites inside of me. Like... I'm on top of the clouds, and everything seems right. In the middle of this kiss Louis and I share, my butt begins to vibrate. I pull away from Louis, "I've got to answer this."

"Okay, babe," he says, and pecks my lips.

I get off the motorcycle amd answer the call, "Hello?"

"Hey, Claire. I'm with Demi in the library. If you're okay wi-" Niall is interupted by the shush of a librarian.

I sigh, "I'll be there in a minute," and I hang up. Not because Niall did anythuing, because I don't know if I'm emotionally ready to tell Demi. Is Demi emotionally stable enough to know? My hands begin to clam up. I turn to Louis and tell him it was Niall reminding me of an overdue book. I hate having to lie to Louis. He's a really sweet guy, but what else can I say?

Walking to the library feels the same as going to school, but heavier, like a bigger load is on my back. I feel as if I just want to curl up in my bed and read. I enter the library and immediately see Niall and Demi at a table having a sweet conversation. Both are smiling like idiots, and their eyes are never off of the other. Great, I'm going to be the one to crash this.

"Hi, Demi. Hey, Niall." I greet them, and tale a seat next to Niall.

"Hi," Demi eclaims with an enrgetiic smile.

Niall, doesn't say anything, his smile just turns into a frown.

After a short, awkward silence Demi tells me, "Niall said you had to talk to me about something?"

"Yeah.. uhm..." I don't know where to start. "Okay, here it goes... When I first moved here, Liam tried flirting with me constantly. All he seemed to do was flirt. Still, I thought he wasn't good, and rejected him.Louis was a lot nicer. He was sweet and kind. One night, my dad came home, but Liam came to my house and literally carried me out the door, and we had dinner at his house with his family. For the first time that night, he was nice. We didn't fight, he didn't try to flirt. He was civil, mature, kind... Maybe it was that night. Or a few days ago... he convinced me to skip with him. He had told me that I was the only person he trusted... Either way...Last weekend... He showed up at my house drunk... And...We kind of had a make out session. I had to cancel my date with Louis to take care of him... I got Niall to bring him home, but...I... I think I'm in love with Liam, Demi. You have every right in the world to hate me, but I was'nt intending to hurt you. Or to ruin your relationship with Liam. I'm trying my very best to get over him, but it seems like the harder I try, the harder it is to stay away from him. I'm sorry, but... you deserve to know the truth..."

For a long moment, Demi is silent, as if absorbing all I had just said.

"I-Is this true, Niall?" She asks, slowly.

Rather than telling her anything, Niall just hugs her. I can hear her soft crying onto Niall's shoulder. I don't know what to do. I don't feel like she would want to talk to me at the moment, but I was wrong, because a few moments later, she turns to me, and says, "Thank you... For telling me. I-I need to confront Liam... I'll see you two in English," and she walks out. Niall's sweater has a mark of mascara and tears, but he doesn't seem to mind. He turns to me and says, "You did the right thing, Claire."

"It doesn't feel like it..." I tell him, and the bell rings to go to first hour.

•.•.•.

Near the end of the day, I get a text from Louis.

"Hey babe, I got caught toilet papering the couselor's office. Sorry. You're gonna have to ride the bus home. xoxo"

I laugh at the thought of Louis doing so, and the bell rings. Almost immediately after I walk out of class, I hear, "Claire!"

I turn around to see Liam. His face is completely serious. He grabs my hand tightly, and starts dragging me with him.

"What are you doing?!" I half yell.

"We need to talk," He blatantly states.

I don't think Liam has ever been so serious about something before. Or determined.  He leads me to the back of the school.

"Why did you tell her?" He asks.

"She deserved to know, Liam," I say.

He's silent for a minute, then steps closer, "Did you mean it?"

"Mean what?"

"Did you mean it when you said you love me?"
