Zombies: Zed Kissing You For The First Time

Y/n had been waiting for a certain moment for a good bit now and she thought tonight it would happen. Y/n and Zed were on their second date and she was hoping he would finally kiss her.

The two were currently taking a midnight stroll down the Seabrook beach holding hands as they walked. They were just rambling on about their lives and throwing in horrible jokes every once and awhile.

After a bit y/n was getting a bit anxious and just overall was hoping what she was waiting on would eventually happen.

But after an hours worth of walking along the beach nothing happened. Y/n was a bit bummed but chose not to mention anything and just go along with the day.

On y/n and Zed's walk back to their neighborhoods thunder rumbled above them and some lightning spread across the sky.

"We probably should walk faster before we get cought in the rain." Zed mentioned.

"Ya probably."

Just when y/n last spoke the first few drizzles started to fall and soon became full on raindrops.

"We should probably go to my house because it's closer. My parents probably won't mind. Ha, my mom might try to trade me for you!" Y/n laughed as they took the corner for her street.

Eventually the two made it to y/n's porch. They were completely soaked from running through the rain.

"Well that didn't go as planned." Zed laughed.

Y/n laughed back, "Definitely not."

"You know you look really pretty right now." Zed mentioned.

Y/n sheepishly smiled back then looking down at her feet.

Zed brushed a piece of her hair out of her face as she looked back up and then it happened. The moment she'd been waiting for finally happened. He finally kissed her.

Y/n was blushing furiously afterwards and so was Zed. The two only giggled shyly at what finally happened.

But before any of them could say another word y/n's mom opened the front door. "I thought I heard people out here. Oh my goodness you too are soaked. Come on, come on in before you too get a cold!"
